Last night was one of those great nights, marked by people participating. People getting involved. One of my problems is I always try to squeeze a lot in. Last night was no different.

A young man recently returned from IHOP was there, and brought for the with another young lady, glorious worship for us to pray in the meeting. The Lord gave me words for him, as well as many others who showed at the meeting. His worship made it so, I told Tina, "why teach?"

Some of the things touched on that are in opposition to prophets and apostles.
-Pastors working without apostles (Praise God – this is changing. Many assemblies seek apostolic covering, teaching, anointing)
-Prophets moving around like loose canons (Praise God – this is changing. Prophets are learning to work with apostles)
-Ambitious entrepreneurs posing off for apostles, building their empire rather than the kingdom of God. (Praise God – this is changing. Sacrificial men are arising all over the globe who are laying down their life in the model of the Chief Shepherd to build the Church). Phil1:21
-One assembly competing with another - sheep stealing (Praise God – this is changing. Many assemblies are learning to be units of the One House of Prayer 24/7 – House Born in Heaven Is 56:6-11)
-Ministers going sent by no one starting off un-commissioned work. Rom 10:15-17
-Church planting on marketing strategies
-Human enterprise & ingenuity rather than the leading of the Holy Spirit taking over the Church Acts 13:1,2. (Praise God – this is changing. God is orchestrating conditions which are gathering His own into His fist, before His fury is unleashed)
-Young upstarts with no respect for generational succession up-shooting like mushrooms. (Praise God – this is changing. In many nations apostolic fathers are begetting loyal sons who work life long with the fathers. Earth’s fracture is being healed. Father return to their children. Mal 4:4,5 is being fulfilled in our day. (Coming of the Lord for restoration of all things must be near!!)
-Way of the Cross corrupted by crossing of ways – entertainment circuit shifting between church and super bowl
-Mid week prayer meeting by sweet prophetic sisters that come against “Saul like Pastors”, increasing warfare against the church
-Lone ranger spiritual warriors battling out of rank. (Do not allow unauthorised people to lay hands over you or engage spirits in our home prayer meetings or in ad hoc midweek meetings organized under the gift of some person rather than by your covering authority. We have had believers get demon possessed by people who said they would invoke a blessing and cast out the bad spirit in the house).
Smorgasbord of delicious conferences conducted by itinerant great conference speakers, taking away resources, energies, time away from local assembly’s weekly program, disrupting heaven’s governance. God governs through every home’s family prayer altar and every local assembly’s gathering. When any organization detracts believers from the local assembly’s prayer life, that is enemy action. Intercession movements must be church based. Every shout is not the victory sound as young Joshua learnt from wise Moses.
-Believers & ministers Neglecting home soil, indulging in exotic “mission trips”. (Praise God – this is changing. Large churches are arising reaching the inner city of western metropolis. Men of integrity are battling for the soul of their nation in the Third World)
-Wife uncovered, attempting great intercession exploits without keeping the home prayer altar
-Husband pursuing career neglecting the eternal pursuit. (Praise God - this is changing. Men are learning to be the kinsman redeemer)
-Churches with men doing nothing, women bearing the brunt of warfare and hard work, breaking down in health
-Intercession “merry go round” without being connected to evangelism & church birthing. (Praise God – this is changing; even international prayer ministries are now linking their efforts to Church lighthouses going 24/7)
-Church disconnected from mainstream life, catering to the exotic tastes of the initiated while neglecting the masses. (Praise God – this is changing; Strategic ministry to gate keepers are being birthed to touch & transform societal structures)
-Church unable to be the salt & light especially to young people. (Praise God – this is changing; bold Christian youth are impacting peers with radical NT Christianity and 24/7 coffee prayer houses)
-Trusting digital dynamics rather than heaven’s dunamis – Praise God! A Flood of the Holy Spirit is coming

Many of these being reasons people do not want the prophetic in church. An increase for integrity and character BEFORE the anointing.

1. Apostles and prophets are the two foundational ministries in the body of Christ.
2. Who gives these ministries to the Church? These verses above declare that it is God the Father and Jesus the Son of God who give these ministries to the church. Jesus Himself is the premier expression of each of these offices.
3. Apostles and Christian prophets are in the Church for the entire church age.
4. Is the New Testament Church today properly structured?
5. What are the biblical characteristics and ministry of apostles?
6. What are the biblical characteristics and ministry of New Testament, Christian prophets?
7. Should we identify and recognize apostles and prophets today? Certainly!

We closed with a time of worship and many of the students used their prophetic gifts and took advantage of the prophetic atmosphere. This is a place where people get to test truth and the spirit.

Powerful Sunday

From the first note played God moved. The prophetic flowed through worship and words came forth. We ministered on the tabernacle and preparedness. We had a great altar and people's lives were changed. Thanks to Mike and Sharon for joining us and Brian and Dolores for their hospitality.

Tonight was a great night at our "school." Once again more people than last time showed up. And right off the bat, a man shared a testimony of a healing that occurred. He left us a letter in the offering plate. I will post it tomorrow when I "recover." He said he has had chronic pain. "Snakes in his legs" he called it. We prayed. I prophesied that he was above the "snake line." That is the line where when you climb a mountain, snakes do not pass. It is already 11. We ministered from 6-9:30 tonight.

We ministered on the anointing. Some of it included Saul's armor, the three kings and the attack of the Moabites and how to bring increase in your anointing. After two sessions, I asked to pray for a woman in need of a kidney. Her friends brought her. I said, 'could we honor God tonight and be a body" and the presence of God fell in the room. We prayed for her and people began to bring her words. Words of healing, direction and comfort. We opened the front and a man received the baptism of of the Holy Spirit and healing. Others began to come up and receive. Around the room people spontaneously began to pray and prophesy for one another. A woman who received a word from Bob Jones about healing came forward and prayed for people. People prayed for TMJ (not my wife, but the ailment!) and people moved to the front and came under the anointing. We had fun and we had church. They are not mutually exclusive. People in this group are building relationships.

I will share some of the testimonies we have received tomorrow, but I need to cool out a little. Please pray for us for Sunday. If you are interested in joining us we would love to have you. The Lord has already shown me three things we will be ministering in.

Testimony
I praise the Lord and give thanks for Pillars of Clouds & Fire Ministries. This is the real deal for full-body ministry activation! Signs and wonders following the gospel; each believer finding their gifts, talents, and callings!

I am grateful for the wonderful foundation that is being laid by your ministry with the 'school of the prophetic' classes beginning with emphasis on the 5-fold ministry. I believe this solid foundational teaching will help equip the entire body of belivers and help pave the shift (back) to the fullness of everything the early church was (and is still) meant to be today, as well as bring agreement and unity in one accord with the foundational understanding.

Beginning with the foundational explanations of the apostle, prophet, evangelist, pastor and teacher, I can't wait to see where the school goes in terms of all gifts of the holy spirit, all baptized believers having signs and wonders following in holy spirit power as they go proclaiming the gospel, and as Jesus promised, even unto exercising of our faith to do the works He did and more!

How very wonderful and exciting it is to have have spirit and truth alive,working together, exerting power: word alive with holy spirit dunamis power. This is what the church/body of believers is meant to be! Thank you Lord, from those of us who have hungered for more than a ham and bean supper, more than bingo, more than just social club mentality and the weekly warming of a pew! The shift is on, no more playing church/churchianity: but back to Christian-ity... Christ-like annointedness; everything Jesus died and paid for, and commissioned us to do, the whole package, not words only but awesome holy spirit power, gifts in men, a form of Godly devotion not proving false to its power but alive and exerting power! TRULY EXCITING, praise God, thank you Jesus, come Holy Spirit and keep up the good work, Village Church and Pillars of Clouds & Fire Ministries: WE NEED YOU! God bless you richly as you richly as you continue to feed and equip His people! We are looking forward to seeing you again Friday for the school and hearing the both of you preach on Sunday! Amen!

A great report! Thank you! J___ was more than blessed last night. We talked
all the way home trying to recall all that was said and write it down so she
could munch on those things. It was really cool seeing the BODY work
together, that's the way it should be.
I am excited to see what happens to J____ in the weeks ahead. I love the
phrase Tina said, "This is not my inheritance>" J____ and I kept saying it
all the way home about everything negative that would come to mind. Awesome
time, sorry to not be there next week....I will get the CD.

Hi folks-

I want to thank all of you who have prayed for us.

We had another really great class. More people came and it is expected that many are coming additionally this weekend. More on that in the next paragraph.
Tina's shoulder is doing great. She is painless!
The first stages of our basement were done on Saturday. Hopefully, we complete this weekend.
Newspaper has picked up.
Our daughter Alyssa and her 3 children seem to be doing well with the move.

We really appreciate your prayers and pray for you.
Friday night class-we are expecting a number of people to show who have not been there before. In fact, we have been told that a pastor's wife who needs healing after some failed organ transplants will be there. Please pray for her. The class will be on the anointing.
Saturday-it is our hope they will be here to complete the basement.
Sunday-Tina and I are ministering in Village Church.

To be honest, I thought we would have more up quicker, but the weekend got away from me. Sorry.

This past week we went over the power of 2 or 3 gathered in His name. The power of a prayer partner. The need to recognize our giftings have short sides and to be aware of them. We discussed pastoral, apostolic and prophetic giftings and their upsides and downsides. We will be putting that here, though you can scroll down and my wife covered it a few years ago.

We had a great meeting. We had a good time of ministry and the prophetic flowed. We "demoed" the gifts together a few times.

We look forward to seeing each of you this Friday.

Key Elements of an Apostolic Worldview

We have to get the definition of Apostolic correct to build community.

Apostolic is an worldview/mindset. It is from heaven to earth!

Kingdom Government has a perspective to build from heaven perspective and see it built on earth. The structure is seen in heaven first then set up on earth. Just like Moses got the pattern for the tabernacle from what he had seen in heaven.

It will produce life! It will create a structure that facilitates community/relationship. Heavens government is relational! Jesus was relational. The garden of eden was a relational place. God built it to have community/fellowship with us C"MON!!!!!

Apostolic is about family/Sons/Daughters Generations!!! Multiplication from a family perspective!!!

Last night's class.

Last night was a great intro night. Many thanks to Village Church in Swanzey for hosting this.

We had about 20 people, some driving well over an hour to get to us. We are thankful for the tenacity of people in the body.

We laid out the apostolic church last night. I think there is a tape and soon a CD of that class coming. We had some technical difficulties.

Some of the truths presented included:
The aligning of the five fold with Jesus as the head.
What is healthy church?
Ezekiel 37 is a call for relationships.
The one anothers of the scriptures.
What is the church?
How do pastors become better pastors? The same for prophets, etc..

We had good participation with questions and the like and that is what I like! Eastern teaching style.

Next week we will present how the gifts interact with one another. How does a pastor interact with a prophet (This might be a long class!!!) and the like. One of the questions last night was doesn't the evangelist go start the church. The church rests on the foundations of the apostles and the prophets. When we understand foundational pieces we can move things ahead with health. Some of the questions for next week will be can you go overboard in your gift? Are there short sides to your gift?

One of the interesting things in our classes is how people begin to connect. It is always cool to watch people interact.

Relationship with love is the answer.

School of the Prophets

This morning was spent in worship and prayer and meditation.

As I am studying and preparing for tomorrow night, I realize preparation is the fruit of worship. And so for nearly 4 hours I have been in worship and prayer (And a little FB). I see that what I thought we were going to do may shift and change slightly.
Here is the "schedule" below. Know that we may incorporate one with another in the freedom of the Holy Spirit. Also, my friend Mike Smith is planning on coming up the 15th-16th of May to bring prophetic worship.
Also, I have received some calls from some who are interested, including a few in coming from places like Lebanon. One wondered if there is anyone carpooling. Let me know about that.

Hey Lee, this is lookin' good. I think you may have struck gold herein. Where are you going to hold the school?

I will be holding it at Village Church in Swanzey, hopefully as a "model" (I hate that word) to be replicated and to carry to other places. It is the beginning of the "regional" piece I have carried in my heart. And as under the HG as I have been this AM, either God is really "shielding" me or really stirring things. Either way, I feel like I have been in one of your meetings!!!
And hopefully in the midst of it all I can carry my heart for fathers to arise that men like you and Brian have carried.

I perceive that there is a great need for teaching on the entire 5-fold again, like never before though. I am writing a syllabus for some "mini-5-fold-clinics" that we'll probably start seeing this summer sometime. So, I'm excited to hear you are doing this School of the Prophets! If you know of a way that I can help get folks to be part, let me know and I'll help what I can.
Do you have a website set up for it? That would be a good spot to start....

Believe it or not. Me. Mister internet. Did not get around to it. I will work on it and let you know. We will be having the cd's available. It will be interactive. We are going to be working on the same thing with the other "folds." And certainly if you know people in the area, we would love your help. Some of the key things in my heart, are the integration and alignment of the gifts. Groups where pastoral gifting can mix with others and teachers with their own ilk to strengthen and refine. I think you will see a return to some of the "freedom network" ideology getting people to sharpen their skills to move the body forward while WORKING together with one another. Kind of like te scripture that is on the back of my bike...by what EVERY joint supplies. Thanks for your blessings and I will keep you in the loop.

The Body of Christ, which part are you? Read Romans 12:3-11

I would like start by us looking at our human body Romans 12:4 NLT
Just as our bodies have many parts and each part has a special
function, 1 Cor 12: 18 But God made our bodies, and He has put
each part just where He wants it.

So it's by God’s own design that are bodies are made the way
they are. We say 2 heads are better than one, why don't we have 2?
How many times have you heard "I wish I had another pair of hands,"
or sometimes “I wish I had eyes in the back of my head.”
And we read in Gen 1:26 and could said, Let us make man in our
own image, in our likeness. You see God made us perfect and
that’s the way He intended the body of Christ to be. Him as the Head,
and born-again believers to make up the rest of the body. It is
up to each one of us to find our place in the body.

1 Cor 12:11 NLT Reads It is the one and only Holy Spirit who
distributes these gifts, He alone decides which gift each person
should have. 12:31 And in any event you should desire the most
helpful gifts.

We should seek the Holy Spirit’s guidance in finding our place in
the body of Christ

TALK ABOUT THE GIFTS

Lets look what we call mega church Joel Osteen, Joyce Meyers,
David Wilkerson and Benny Hinn. The people here in this room are just
as important to God as them. You see there churches are made up
of just what we have here.

Talk about the lives.

They may have their name up in lights, but if they didn't have all
the rest of the body, the people behind the scene, the ones we don’t
see they couldn't function as they do.

What I’m trying to say is that, not one part is less important than
the others, not one part is less important in the Eyes of God.
Romans 12:5 so it is with Christ's body. We are all parts of His body
And each of us has different work to do. And since we’re all one
one body in Christ, we belong to each other, and each of us needs
all the others.

Tell about my brother.

You see my brother lost part of a thumb and part of his fore finger,
after he healed up he would find himself trying to use the part of the
thumb and finger that were not there so he had to adapt and overcome the loss of his fingers
What I am saying is he could still function? Yes. Is he 100%? No.
The same is with the body of Christ, it will continue in it's work
but, you will have to find a way to fill in the parts that are missing
that’s why it is important that we use the best gift that God has given
you, no matter if we think our gift not important in the body. All
parts are equally important to the functioning of the body of
Christ.

Romans 12:6-8 NLT God has given each of us the ability to do certain
things well. So if God has given you the ability to prophesy, speak out.
when you have faith that God is speaking through you. 7 If your gift is
that of serving others, serve them well. If you are a teacher, do a good
job teaching. 8 If your gift is to encourage others do it! If you have money,
share it generously. If God has given you leadership ability, take the
the responsibility seriously. And if you have a gift of showing
kindness to others, do it gladly.

You see what is the most important is that whatever your gifts may be
do it whole heartedly; give a 110% in everything you do. Does God
deserve any less? NO! He deserves our best all the time.
And don't think that serving is less of a gift than the others. Here's
two examples. Read Acts 6:1-8

We see here that Steven was called to serve, does that mean that God
couldn't use him to do other things? NO! God used him to do
many signs and wonders. No matter what your gift is if the Holy Spirit
can still use you in another the capacity.
Matt 20:28 NLT Jesus speaking For even I, the Son of Man, came here
not to be served, but to serve others, and to give My life has a ransom
for many. You see even Jesus came to serve, the King of Kings
and Lord of Lords came has a servant. SO you see no gift is any
less important then the others.

I'm going to leave you with this.
All I have said here to day is nothing, it's meaning less with out this

the most helpful gifts. First however, let me tell you about some
thing else that is better than any of them! LOVE
You see it's a commandment from God. John 13: 34 So now
I am giving you a new commandment, Love each other. Just
as I have Loved you, you should Love each other.

What has Love got to do with the gifts of the body of Christ?
Everything! If we serve out of selfish gain, to be up front teaching,
preaching, leading worship, for any other reason than the love of
God and the building up of His body then we're doing it for the
wrong reason. It has to be from the heart or its meaning less.

Overtaking a community for God

Hi folks:

Only a handful are getting this letter. People I think might believe the way I do on some levels. (Feel free to pass it on.)

Ever since I moved to Springfield, I have felt that God wants to overtake this community. Maybe you have similar feelings about your community. Or perhaps a region. So many people feel this way and yet there is no practical move to bring it to pass or at least not a huge one. Christianity has conformed itself to Christian ghettos, meaning we never leave the comfort of our homes. Good meetings do not a church build nor a region or a city taken.

I have studied so many books on the overtaking of a community. I have watched Transformations and believe it still has a shot. About 10 years ago, I began to watch what was happening in Elk River. I have been with some of the people from here. Peter Wagner, Linda Rios Brook, etc..

As you know we have been working on the business ministry. (I hope you have shared about this with your friends.) and a lot of thoughts have been jumbling around my head. This morning they started to get clearer with the idea that we could really overturn a city. (Visit the The Tipping Point: How Little Things Can Make a Big Difference) For years we have said, "people do not care how much we know, until they know how much we care." A friend of mine says it a little differently. "You will never overturn a region, a city or a country until you solve their problems." And the answer is Jesus. But probably not like most want to think. Jesus sent out people into the region to overturn the culture. And yes, there was prayer, BUT, there was a sending. If we want our inheritance, we have to "follow the rules."

What is the purpose of affluence defined as: A plentiful supply of material goods; wealth. A great quantity; an abundance. A flowing to or toward a point; Wordnet defines it as "abundant wealth." (Hmmm...I think I have heard that somewhere. John 10:10.) You and I will not change an economy without abundant wealth. But thou shalt remember the LORD thy God: for [it is] he that giveth thee power to get wealth, that he may establish his covenant which he sware unto thy fathers, as [it is] this day. Deu. 8:18. And I believe that this is possible. But first I believe we must embrace a vision for a cultural change. Do I believe healing is from God? Then I must work towards seeing it manifested in my own life. Do I believe wealth is from God, then I must do what it takes to see it directed towards me. I must reach out for what God has promised and never relinquish nor give up. It has a requirement of course, my will for His.

2 Chronicles 20:15 And he said, Hearken ye, all Judah, and ye inhabitants of Jerusalem, and thou king Jehoshaphat, (We must listen to what He is saying.)Thus saith the LORD unto you, Be not afraid nor dismayed by reason of this great multitude; for the battle [is] not yours, but God's. (The Lord never does anything without revealing it to His prophets.) For us to get what God wants for us to get, we must first get what it is He wants us to get(Hmmm...Strategy and understanding and that He is Lord.).

We can change the culture if we will get "out of bed." We must shake off the slumber, the disappointments, the misunderstandings, and lift ourselves up. While we are unraveling our lives, the Lord uses us to affect the lives of others. God will not use "ghetto dwellers" in this coming move. How can He? There is nothing in His word to assume He would. I would like to see a culture revived, a city transformed. It begins with me and you. I am going to trumpet this word at every chance I get. Our inheritance is at stake. What is it worth to you? Can you believe for and work towards an Acts 2 or 4 community? If you can, perhaps it is time to do something about it. Our worship must be violent, our prayer the same. It is time for the people of God to declare what is to be instead of accepting the status quo. It is not how much we have to do, but what we are doing...is it the Lord?

Spiritual Gifts

1 Peter 4:10 NLT

God has given gifts to each of you from His great variety of spiritual gifts. Manage them well so that God’s generosity (grace) can flow through you.
Gifts- Special abilities given to believers through the grace of God

Most of you know what my spiritual gifting is and as I work on developing my gifts I am learning a lot. One of the things I am starting to do is reach out to other churches and ministries in the area. I went and met pastor Dave, who seems like a great guy. I liked him because he was bigger and balder then I was. If you want to see how God orchestrates things his study for the group that night was “Bringing our gifts together in the body”
exactly what we are talking about this month. I am going to try to get to meet the other pastors and leaders in our community because as we grow to 700 they will also grow. PVBC also has a vision and it is 700, Springfield can easily support 10 churches of 700.

Who knows what the 5 fold ministry gifts are? Apostle, prophet, evangelist, pastor-shepherd, and teacher.

In the last few weeks God has been shifting things around. We have taken test and looked at what our spiritual gifts are. Our teachings for the month is how they work together with each other. And our body of believers is shifting and lining people up with their gifts to use them as God has intended. On a construction job you do not take a mason and have him do the wiring. He may have a knowledge of electrical but that is not where he is skilled at. A mistake in wiring can burn down a house. And it goes the other way if an electrician laid the blocks it is possible for the foundation to crumble. That is the same in the church and may be a reason why the church at large has had problems. If the person who is in charge who most likely in all churches is called the pastor and he is not gifted in that area then you may have a mason doing the wiring. The church needs all the gifts like a job site needs an electrician, mason, carpenter, plumber and so on to work in their trades. You take one of those out and the home does not get built correctly. If someone is trying to do all of it themselves the job may never get done or take years to complete. Each person has to take charge of their own responsibility. How many churches do we see the pastor is doing all things for all people. How many of those churches do we see people getting hurt or those who don’t understand their gifting just sit there and stay frustrated or jump from one church to the next with whoever has the next good idea. We need everyone working in their gifts to build this house. It is like a building inspector checking the house. If the mason is doing electrical the inspector is not going to give approval. If God sees the same is he going to give His approval or grace on a building that may be weak. God wants the mason to lay the block, it may look wrong to the other trades but he has the ability to use what God has blessed him with. And sometime a couple of bricks may fall out before the mason gets a good understanding on his work. Mistakes are where Father daddy teaches us.

A properly built home does not have future problems when the builders work together in their gifts. It will be a home that can last for generations without major problems. Sure there will be an occasional light bulb burn out or a plumbing leak, sometimes the furnace goes but when these things are maintained and repaired or even replaced the house keeps on going.

1 Are we using our gifts to the fullest abilities? And don’t be afraid to make mistakes, that is how we learn.
2. How much more will those around us be blessed if we are using our gifts?
3. How much more will we be blessed using our gifts?
4. What are the possibilities of a church body if we walk out fully by faith in the gifts the father has given us.

The Tax Collector's Church

Many of you know that what began as a "funny" story is percolating and resonating deep in my spirit. Today we discussed.

I started with the scriptures:
Matthew 9:9-13
And as Jesus passed forth from thence, he saw a man, named Matthew, sitting at the receipt of custom: and he saith unto him, Follow me. And he arose, and followed him.
And it came to pass, as Jesus sat at meat in the house, behold, many publicans and sinners came and sat down with him and his disciples.
And when the Pharisees saw [it], they said unto his disciples, Why eateth your Master with publicans and sinners?
But when Jesus heard [that], he said unto them, They that be whole need not a physician, but they that are sick.
But go ye and learn what [that] meaneth, I will have mercy, and not sacrifice: for I am not come to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.

Hosea 6:6
For I desired mercy, and not sacrifice; and the knowledge of God more than burnt offerings.

1 Timothy 1:15-16
This [is] a faithful saying, and worthy of all acceptation, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners; of whom I am chief.
Howbeit for this cause I obtained mercy, that in me first Jesus Christ might shew forth all longsuffering, for a pattern to them which should hereafter believe on him to life everlasting.

But I received mercy for this reason, that in me, as the foremost, Jesus Christ might display his perfect patience as an example to those who were to believe in him for eternal life.
(Bold is mine. Will get to it later.)

Our group suggested that a gathering of this type would be "average." Farmers, bikers, "tax collectors," those hated and sinners. We discussed the reaction of the church to this type of "church." The church of Jesus' day asked "why?" His answer was these people were "sick" and needed a healing.

James 1:27 tells us that
Pure religion and undefiled before God and the Father is this, To visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, [and] to keep himself unspotted from the world.

So we discussed that the church that allowed for "tax collectors" would:

Operate in mercy
Have perfect patience as that is the pattern
Meet with the "sick"
Visit the fatherless and the widow
Hang out with the hated
Go to where the sinners are and hang out

Jesus could not have "nailed" their sin, because He was constantly invited to their homes. Reading the "beatitudes," it was not so much was they did, but what they could do that would advance the Kingdom. (We can discuss that next week.)

We discussed if we were ready to deal with the "why" of the conventional church. Where would we hold meetings. Could we hold meetings in the bank. Or as one person said, "we could start the tax collector's pub." Would we keep Sunday to hide and be refreshed? :-)

How would we, after reading James 1:27 be "unstained" by the world. I have to tell you something. This is the hardest part of being a Christian. While I am not naive or a prude, there is something about profanity from believers that knocks me for a loop. Doesn't matter when I am around unbelievers. A church "unstained" or untouched by the world will look like HIM. I think perfect patience is the one I see that is going to be hard. And whatever we do, are you and I going to be able to be in situations where lines of legality are crossed over? Like the man smoking pot when I was somewhere. Advancing the Kingdom is a lot different than "playing" church. My usual take on the church is they are a lot more comfortable being huddled up with one another(Christian ghettos) than they are being with people who sin, swear, cheat, lie, sleep around, etc.

I have friends who have been prostitutes, strippers, porn stars, murderers, child molesters, bad bikers, etc. I can not see them changing any of that really quick. I think about bringing them into a Christian setting and I get nervous (And so would you!). So, we need this thought out. I do not see them and some of you in the same room. We have to think out the kid's side of things, as well.

I think about the Gadarene demoniac showing up at the house of "Mrs. Jones" saying, " I am really sorry about eating your cat and dog, and running around naked in front of your family, but I met this man Jesus and I decided to get dressed and he made me the head evangelist of this outreach here. Can I tell you about Jesus?"

I am not quite sure some of us can grasp the idea of someone being bad yesterday and leading a group tomorrow.

Needless to say, a move like this will not be "popular." I would like to believe some for people for bringing Sunday together for prayer, worship and instruction. Could you think about that? I need a place to worship. A place to pray. Could some of you consider running the church of Sundays? My goal is that there would be a safe place for Sundays that someone else keeps watch over. (I have some brothers and sisters I know who pastor the XXX church. They actively go into strip joints, porn theaters, etc..That is not the place for the average church goer. On the other hand I see Jesus going there. And I want to go where He did.) Once I know Sunday is secure with some I will carefully move into the next realm, which will be the Tax Collectors Church. And I have to tell you that I feel time is short on this.

We also had a word about Oklahoma. I did some research as the thought was it had to do with the Sooners.
"In 1889, the Indian Territory was opened to settlers. Thousands of people lined up on the border and, when the signal was given, they raced into the territory to claim their land. Some people went in early to claim their land. They became known as Sooners. Hence, Oklahoma's nickname today is �The Sooner State�.

THIS IS A MAJOR WORD. OCCUPY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lonely

So often I hear about 'loneliness" in the body of Christ. I often find myself lonely. I often find myself thinking about how few friends I have. I find myself thinking "is this ever going to end?"

As the internet progresses and it's easier to find a "friend" but never have an encounter, I think the human need to be connected is either going to go cold or get stronger.

And the Lord has dealt with this in me to some extent. There are now 8 people living in my home.

Some of you will not remember that program of 25 years or so ago. Eight's Enough. One of the stars was a man named Grant Goodeve. His father in real life was our bookkeeper. The basis of the show was 8 children in one home.

As I was showering this morning, (My present retreat.) I was reminded of that show. In my case, it is now myself and Tina, Cass, Matt, Alyssa and 3 grandchildren. the two bedroom house is full. Alyssa and her children occupy the living room and we might have room for one more child in our kitchen. Yesterday, they left for a few hours to go to the library and I turned up the worship and spent that two hours with pounding drums and bass lines and songs of revival and deliverance. I am a rejoicer. But I still need my "quiet" times.

So, is eight enough? For this little house on the mountaintop, I would say it is. Ironically, the Lord gave Tina a word about getting a big house, because the children would return. I do not think she saw it like this. Loads of laundry, dishes and food. Constant activity. I am waiting for the Beatles song, "Here Comes The Sun," so that I can take off here and there! My grandchildren love to rough house, so one must accommodate them.

Eight is often seen as the number for new beginnings. With the selling of the store this week, I feel I have a new beginning. I have received a flurry of prophetic words describing this time to come. All of them run the same thought process. But the reality of it is we all have a new beginning, each and every day. His blessings and mercies are new every day. That is what HE says. The question is whether we will go with God or with what our feelings are. I choose God on this one.

My house is full with children, grandchildren and my wife.

Lonely. Not right at this minute. But, being lonely happens for a couple of reasons. One is that we have not sown into other's lives. We are always expecting others to come to us. In my life, this was self centered approach to get me to feel better. But what if I sowed? What if I made the calls or the visits? Just this morning I sent out a bunch of letters and got a bunch back. A friend of mine is starting a company. It is called ME. Why? Because he said "it is about me," and he meant it. He is in pre-Christian mode, so I indulge him.

Sunday, a friend I have ministered to for over 10 months showed up in church. He needed a friend...and prayer.

So, we can fix loneliness by sowing into other's lives. And we can always change loneliness by developing a perspective of "how does the other person feel?" When I treat others as I want to be treated, I will develop something called humility. Humility is not "what I have been through and all the horrible things," but living my life as the Lord intended it. Doing His will. Serving others for Him. Saying to the Lord "NO" tells the Lord I am not His. He is not my Lord. It is when I come under His yoke that change comes.

And with serving others, anxiety disappears as well, for what is anxiety but a case of "me" and "what if the Lord does not do things my way. So many I meet are anxious, because they think the One who will get them to heaven "cares so little" as to make them complete. I know over 50 Christians popping anti-anxiety meds. I think it is about trust. The Lord commands or addresses the issue of anxiety when He says "be anxious for nothing."

I am still in the process of getting me out of the way. Doing all that He asks of me. I need to invest more in other's lives. I know that. I have the ability to bless others. To help. To change the atmosphere. And in that relm I have no anxiety, fear, shame or loneliness.

An afternoon on the river

I am going to share my afternoon excursion into the prophetic. It has a lot of meaning to my friend. It has a lot to do with changes coming locally and regionally. And it really opened my eyes.

It was a beautiful afternoon. A friend and I had planned to go last week, but the wind was going to be too much. So, when I was not able to make it yesterday morning, we agreed to go out on the river at 3:30. I met him at the boat launch. I looked at my watch 3:31. Because it was the 7th day of the month I felt led to view the scripture in the book of Judges. (And after him was Shamgar the son of Anath, which slew of the Philistines six hundred men with an ox goad: and he also delivered Israel. One of my all time favorites. Right Paul?) He had brought his daughter. We unloaded the boat. It started(For the first time this year.) and as the smoke from setting all winter drifted across the water, I thought this is going to be a prophetic afternoon. My friend later shared that He felt the Lord told him that I had to go; no excuses. So, we headed down the river for a little while, letting the boat warm up. (It is a 350CI, appx. 250 HP, inboard outboard.) Turning around we headed up the river. As we passed the bridge, I felt like we just crossed over. Like the river Jordan. There was a change. We cruised along, admiring all that was around us. And as he adjusted the trim, (Trimming provides increased speed and better visibility, just as trimming our "wicks" or hearts would in the spirit realm.) we leveled out and cruised.

Now, I will tell you, that I spent all my young summer life on lakes and water. We always had a boat. We went water skiing, fishing and camping in our boat. And I love the water. I have asked God for years to release me to Burlington or Lake George or something. Please. So going out on the boat was "heaven" to me.

As we went up the river, everything was going fine. As we neared a friend's property on the river, I was explaining to my friend about why he had left the area, etc. We began to turn around and were just heading down river, when the river went into high revs with no forward motion. Shutting down the motor, we went to the back of the boat. Our first thought was that the prop had come off. But as I crawled over the motor, I could see that was not the case. But the motor was not connecting to the prop. That was for sure. And we were shipwrecked.

We began to drift. Slowly but surely the current was bringing us back to our point of entry. It would take forever but we would get there.

Now, I have meditated on this a lot.

My friend who had left the area, had strongly felt he had been called to the area. Appointed. But he left. (Those of you who read my story about Jeremy will recognize the reference to "appointed.") And as we drifted, I could see the cars and houses up on the road. Route 5. {Five biblically means THE NUMBER OF GRACE. Redemption. Israel came out of Egypt 5 in rank (Ex 13:18). David picked up 5 smooth stone to fight Goliath (1 Sam. 17:40). The Holy Anointing Oil was pure and composed of 5 parts (Ex. 30:23-25).

The ancients represented the world by the number 5, the explanation being that in 5 are represented the four elements earth, water, fire and air, plus the fifth essence, ether or spirit. Five became the number of humanity with the five developed senses. It is the great senses, after which the sixth sense intuition develops.

The five wounds of Christ symbolize the suffering endured while in the flesh, which leads us to turn to God. In the parable of the five wise and the five foolish virgins (Matthew 25:3), "They that were foolish took their lamps and took no oil with them. But the wise took oil in Testament their vessels with their lamps." The oil relates to the anointed, or those who had light. Human beings can choose the light or reject it by their actions.}

As we drifted I was seeing the world that I knew (From the road.) from a different perspective. Things were different. There was a lot more "trash" behind these homes. A friend of mine who is an aerial photographer was telling me the same thing, only yesterday. That from the air, a lot of things were trashed. And there was also the sense that you mere moving in a direction. You had no choice. You went where the current took you. Now there are two thoughts on that. One is if you relax you go where the Spirit will take you. The other is that without power you go down the river. Life was different out here on the river. And like the river, the river of God reveals a different thought process. Our life does not always look as pretty as we thought it to be. It reveals what we have been hiding from the world. It also goes where it wants and not where we want. I have always said any "dead fish" can go down river, but it takes the strength and perseverance of a salmon to go up river. Yesterday, showed me the helplessness of no power. I also was reminded that while prayer is the engine that moves thing(When combined with faith.), without a proper channel or used appropriately, all you have is a loud noise accomplishing nothing. That is not the way of the Lord. His word goes forth to accomplish it's purpose. Another fact gripped me. I felt like that motor. All revved up and not going anywhere. Just spinning in place. The motor required a "team" connection to the transmission and ultimately to the prop to accomplish it's will. I am sure I am not the only one who has felt like they were all revved up and nothing was happening.

We called our wives and I called a friend. As we drifted we talked. And then we were just getting ready to get the police involved. When this boat appeared. My friend had come through. He had gone to the boat landing and connected with this fisherman, who agreed to come rescue us. As he hooked up to us, he told us his name. He began to tow us down the river and to the landing. We talked more, all the while my prophetic sense was on fire. As we neared the bridge something happened that clearly indicated witchcraft to me. The young girl began to meditate in yoga style. "Om." She was kidding, but I sensed it was "real" in the prophetic realm. Something that was to come. It had to do with the spirit of new age. There is something about that bridge and it's connection to Springfield. Years ago there was a prophetic word that said the toll booth would remain until the people were not concerned with the money and willing to pay the price for the Lord to come. Many of you know that this city was the place for the Revival of Religion 1834.

I am thinking there is something else about this fisherman. Do I have it? Not yet. There is definitely something about fishing. The fisherman. His name was Terry. The name means "Power of the tribe." As I read that I realized the power of the tribe was the rescuing power. And he did rescue us. Without jeering or sarcasm, he humbly brought us to safety.

For my friend the indicators are the power of a team in a new adventure. I sensed that the Lord was describing the type of attack (isolation and witchcraft) that would come with this call. That there will be assembled a team of humble people with the heart of a shepherd. They will get this ministry to the goal. That the friend who had left the area represented a call not won. That the turning back would not be won without a battle, meaning the restoration of basics in the body. Ironically I originally thought the fisherman's name was Perry and my friend thought it was Harry. So, the Lord guided me to the correct name when I saw his truck below my home this morning. He will see the river of God flow, and it will reveal things in himself and others the Lord will be changing. Some of the irony was that as I was telling him of the prophetic he received an email about being shipwrecked from one of his intercessors.

The church will see a similar line brought about in the regional and local church. Shepherds of humility and fisherman who will go for the lost. Willing to come to the aid of the traveler. Many who have felt trapped and revving their engines will see the repair coming that will connect the to the "power of the tribe." Connections of importance are being made. All parts will be working together. "Every joint supplying..." No more turning around or aborted calls. Overcoming the spirit of witchcraft which has seduced our young. Recovering the power of the Lord that He might be glorified. Taking back that which was stolen. Allowing the river of light to reveal everything that is not God and adapting a willing ness to change it. Observing people and the community from a different perspective. Seeing people from God's point of view and not our own.

There is much more I am receiving moment by moment. My friend who got the rescuer. His last name is Godfrey or "God free," in this case. This was an experience. Even today as person after person came in to the store needing help, a listening ear, a shoulder, I am a witness to the awesomeness of the Lord.

An afternoon on the river(Long)

I am going to share my afternoon excursion into the prophetic. It has a lot of meaning to my friend. It has a lot to do with changes coming locally and regionally. And it really opened my eyes.

We began to drift. Slowly but surely the current was bringing us back to our point of entry. It would take forever but we would get there.

Now, I have meditated on this a lot.

I have had a lot of time to think about Jeremy and his sudden death this weekend. (For those who do not know, I received a call at about 6:30 Sunday morning from his girlfriend that he had died in his sleep at 29 years old.) It is interesting to me that his name means "appointed by God" or "exalted by God." Now the death of someone is not final. There is something in a name that is important. We think names are casual or just a thought.

Appointed by God. People. God is in the people business. He appoints and never disappoints.

Jeremy's death is significant in the fact that it represents the death of an appointment. I meditated a lot on the fact that this would have been roughly the same age that Jesus would have begun His public ministry as well.

God has an appointment for you. A call. A destiny. Last night I watched a program in which the girl had a "call" or a destiny before her. She said she did not want a destiny but a life. So many look at the callings of the Lord and wimp out because they do not understand His eternal plan. I feel strongly that the Lord did not desire Jeremy to die at 29, in his sin. That was a minimum of 50 years short of what the Lord has laid out for man. Do you understand His eternal plan? Do you see your picture in the brochure for this "conference?" If you do not, you have not understood His eternal plan. Life is not a job, kids and church. Life is the plan of God laid out and encompassing those things in more. Letting your life be an example by the nature of His power working in you. You are on the brochure. You are a speaker in God's conference to the lost neighbors and co-workers.

Perhaps you feel your appointment has died. You have looked at prophetic words and said "well, I guess that isn't going to happen." I am going to challenge you today to remind God of your appointment. Whom God appoints is appointed. Speak the words of that prophecy over your family, your life, your workplace and your home. Remind the devil that you do not have time for him today because you have an appointment.

You have been appointed by the Lord.

United Prayer

Hi folks:

On Sunday I had said that I am feeling strongly about prayer and united prayer.

There are two areas that I have been feeling very strongly about. One is prayer. I am feeling that we are about to encounter a "crisis" of largeness. I can not explain. I have thought a lot about it. I feel that we can no longer continue on in the prayer mode that we are or have been in. If we have been praying at a 2, then we need to move to a 3. (The numbers are irrelevant. All I am suggesting is an increase in our prayer. There is also the possibility of how we increase the power of our existing prayer and prayer times.

The other thing am feeling a burden for is our prayer time together. I am sensing that we need to pray more corporately. And when I say pray together I am not talking about soaking. Do you need a breakthrough? Then a breakthrough prayer is the answer. Soaking, I believe is our time of privacy with the Lord. I am suggesting that while we have time together that we pray, out loud (What we pray out loud is what changes the atmosphere. Our mouths are atmosphere machines, with the ability to shape and influence an atmosphere.) Why do I say this? Because we have "stalled" in a lot of areas. I am suggesting that we come together and change the atmosphere.

So, some of you are probably saying "I do not like to pray out loud" or "I do not know what to pray." We will have Bibles there. You can just read the word out loud if that is the case. The word does not return void.

I base this on what I saw from the poll results. Worship and prayer. 2 said fellowship. That part will not change. So, we will begin to make adjustments and plan for corporate prayer. We will not add nights or days, just add time for this.

THIS IS IT!

The month of May. Many prophets have spoken as to what this will mean to His people. A time of abundance and prosperity.

I want that to be in the back of our mind as we look at what is happening. For Tina and I, it means working hard to see the store sold and get our business of PPL(isn't it interesting that it means "PEOPLE?") moving nationally. I have many projects on the burners simmering, so to speak. It is a time of harvest. We will see many salvations coming.

Yesterday we met with Darryl and Martha Rodman. Two things came out of that meeting. One was a testimony about the 1,000 member Bible club in a school where gangs ruled and it was a lockdown school. All because of the faith of one 17 year old young lady. The other helped me clarify my thoughts about something that had been bothering me. We have 2 positions we hold. One is blessing people and the other is building with people. I had been wrestling with this. Over "obligation." I feel obligated to "bless" people, but not all of them will we build with or partner with. My thoughts have been on the scripture about fruit that remains. Darryl articulated what I had been thinking.

And that leads me to the next point. Nothing is more disturbing to me than "lack of passion." Be a passionate "sinner" and I hold hope for you. God can steer a moving ship. Be dead in the water, and nothing happens. Except the sharks of the enemy begin to circle. I am beginning a quest for passion and passionate people. I am talking about the person who will stay up till 3AM with me and break open the bread of life. The person who says I have not seen enough of God, I want more. "Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for they will be filed."

Time waits for no one. God gave us passion. It is up to us to use it. I have recently contemplated some thoughts from the "Jesus Revival." And one of the results I came away from is the computer acronym. GIGO. Garbage in. Garbage out. The contemplations have to do with this. "Inward, Upward, Outward, Forward." What is going on inside? That is part of the reason for Deeper Relationships. To help one another sort of things. Upward-what is our relationship with Him looking like. Outward is how is the previous 2 thoughts shaping your actions towards others? Is it loving? And Forward is contemplating what is to come? What will my future look like as I take on these previous 3 actions. What are my feelings? How do I do this?

My teaching will reflect this passion. My life will reflect this passion. It changes our thoughts about our home here. We have been told it is a place of worship and prayer. It changes what we think about what we are going to do here. We will be looking for passionate people to work with. In the process we will bless those that are along the way, but a recent study of John 6 left me thinking a lot about this. Many witnessed the miracle" of no lack that fed thousands of people. He met them with miracles and food. And when asked how they might do these same glorious works. He said "believe." (6:29) An easy thing many have said. Obviously not, because in a few short minutes, many left him behind.

It leaves me thinking about taking our church to the internet level. Much is happening in that realm. We have people all over saying, "Hey. Let's do this." Imagine the church 24/7 with pastors available and teachers, etc. (My 3 David's-please read this. I need help here.)

I will be returning to my training and teaching schedules. We are going to embrace the words constantly spoken about a training center. We do not know what is will look like. We are not sure what will happen. We just know God is to be trusted.

These are exciting times folks. May is IT! What you have sowed, so shall you reap. The hearts of the fathers turned towards the children and the hearts of the children turned to the fathers. Wild things can be counted on to happen.

So many accomplish the first 2-3 moves but when it comes to FORWARD it seems like the transmission fell out. WE must see this through. Do we want to see 1,000 NEW CONVERTS in a Bible Study? I DO. I do not care what it takes. Do we want to see a Coliseum filled by a church of 500? Oh, they did a special meeting for EASTER and 14,000 people showed up. 800 got baptized and were encouraged to wear their wet clothes to Easter dinner and explain what happened.

I am glad when people seek a change inwardly. I am glad when they expose themselves to God for His care. I am excited about the outward changes that manifest. But the most exciting realm is when passion takes over and the train moves ahead. What does the future hold? Where can we go? When can we go? LET'S GO. My friend Jack Taylor did an incredible teaching one time on "can't stay here. Can't go on. Might as well go ahead. Got to tell somebody." It was about the lepers who were caught in famine. They would die if they stayed. There was nothing back in the city for them. So they decided to go ahead and see if they could grab some food from the enemy. When they got there the enemy was gone. So they ran back and told everyone.

An interesting couple of weeks

Dear Brothers & Sisters:

Many of you have not heard form me for a while. There are many reasons. Most are pretty good(Though many know I believe GOOD is often the enemy of GOD.). I have been very devoted to some new church things, some travel, family and business. So, feel free to write me if you want more details. We definitely are in the middle of transition.

Here are some highlights.

A week ago Friday, our daughter Alyssa gave birth to her third child. baby boy. The difficulty...she did not think she could handle it, so the baby is with pre-adoptive parents. Hope you will pray:-) She is very torn up about this. She has 21 days from Friday to resolve this. God is definitely speaking to her and we are confident in the Lord for His care of her. Personally, I believe beyond a shadow of a doubt that she will keep this child. As I told her. God trusted you enough to have this baby, so He must have trusted you to take care of him.

Our store-we are certainly in the middle of transition as we decide how to move into our new business while selling or giving this store away. Feel free to check it out on ebay. Deeper Relationships. This is our new group, both online and together. We are seeing lots of cool things happen in this group and it is exciting.

Yesterday I met with a Christian philosopher. While he was there a woman named Therese came in. She and her "partner" (Spelled Civil Union) are here to look at taking over the UU church in town. Despite her leanings we got to introduce her to some of the things of the Lord. I will tell you that her "I beleive anything" statement really took a toll on my thought process. I wanted to jump in, but decided that I want another chance to talk to her:-)

Earlier this week I was a a conference. I got to do my favorite thing in the world. Worship the Lord. Drums...and lots of them. Lots of new friends and new connections. Lots of worship and lots of Him. What else could one ask for. It was a lot of fun and I am thankful for the time away. I had originally planned to be with Alyssa, but she had her baby a week early.

Lately, the Bible has been explosive for me. When I first got saved the Bible would have words turn into fire lit thoughts. I literally would see lights around the wors that the Lord would "highlight" for me. Other things like that are happening. (Feel free to visit my blog at the bottom of the page.) And the result of that is increased faith, believing God to be all that He is in my life. I am not sure "why" it is happening, but it is happening. We are seeing people prophesied over and healed who are not even saved. As much as I have seen really cool with the pre-Christian set, I also see a lot of despair among the brethren. Like where was God when all this was happening. A lot of this is with parents. I think you are going to see a wave of repentance come across America among Christian parents who have placed their church and the related activity above the lives of their children. "Where is the beef" was the old commercial. Christians morphed it to "where is the love?" And I think the next wave will be "where is the real?" I was in a meeting the other day where a young man prophesied that "creativity" was going to come into Christian music and it would not all sound the same. I think it is going to affect all of the church. The application of Biblical principles(Or the lack of.) is what we are dealing with. Not politics or misplaced loyalties. Politics mean so very little, unless we operate without the power of the Lord. In which case we must "legislate" morality. For years I have watched the church. From within and without. What is it that separates the church from the world? It ought to be love. But it ought to be allowing the Lord to move in our lives and the world seeing it. We are going to need it. I sense that there is a big change moving in America. The division between those believing and those not in the church is growing greater. Them versus us. WOW! Where has that come from? Did you know there is a church in Scotland called the "Church of the Holy Rude?" Listen to this..."If James VI's coronation was the highlight of Holy Rude's history, perhaps its lowest ebb was during the long period from 1656 to 1936 when a wall divided the nave from the choir, and the church served two divided congregations. This was originally the result of an argument between the minister of Stirling, Rev James Guthrie and a colleague. The Rev Guthrie had a knack of making enemies and he was eventually executed for treason in Edinburgh on 1 June 1661, his head subsequently being displayed on a spike in the city as an example to others. " Crazy, huh? Is it? we see it a lot in America. One of the reasons we "lose" so often is because our theology is in the way. I have better relationships with many New Agers who "accept" my beliefs. Talk about tongues and we have a problem. Manifestations of the Spirit. Whoops!

We battle not against flesh and blood. Our job is to wield a sword in the heavenlies and wear a towel and serve here on earth. It is the only way we win.

Another relevant part

Hi folks:

I forgot to mention this part. Years ago we had a minister come in. Her name was Betty Green. She had been in South Korea with Paul Yongghi Cho. His mother, sent her back to the US to begin "Prayer Mountain, USA." When she came to minister here in Springfield, she told us that we would be a Prayer Mountain. We "believed" it for a while. Then when we moved to our present home, people like Wayne Anderson, Timothy Sherman, John Scotland and Tim Trafford, said that we were the "Eagle's Nest." A place of prayer. And I will admit, discouragement over some of these things has set in.

So, yesterday, we came home, and as my wife was thumbing through the mail, she said "Wow. This is a blast from the past. Betty Green sent us a letter." From Prayer Mountain... I am not sure what all this means, but something is shifting. Ther has been a word of acceleration floating over our region. Perhaps...

A weird word

Hi folks:

The last few days of being back at home has been pretty weird. A lot of things have gone on that are disconcerting while other things are very cool.

Yesterday I met a young woman named Portia. We had a very long conversation about many things. We touched on 2 of the 3 subjects you do not talk about. Religion and politics. She is a liberal. I give her credit. She is a thinking one. She actually worked for our Congressman during his campaign. But the idea of religion, well, suffice to say she was stretched. And it caused me to want to reach out more to people. And there was something prophetic about her. Her name means "Offering" in Latin. WOW! Her last name I will not post, but I will tell you it means "Horn." (And for those of you who think I see too much in things, that is OK.) A horn of offering. This is prophetic. There is something coming down the pike. (BTW-this revelation only came this morning.) The Bible talks of a horn of oil, light and strength. A cornucopia. A horn of plenty. A symbolic, hollow horn filled with the inexhaustible gifts of celebratory fruits. Do you see it?

Last night I took Mike and Carol to the airport to go to FL for business and family. We had an incredible conversation about the Lord and His workings. I think-why would anyone want to talk about anything else? He is it. He is the answer. He is everything. We talked about everything from deliverance and healing to prophecy and church. ( I confess we did not talk a lot about church a lot. Church without God is not the answer.) Is it not true that coming to "church" and not doing the stuff is not God? So, I loaded them off and began the ride home. I went into McDonald's in Manchester and felt like I had left the country. Everyone was speaking Spanish and all the stuff there was bilingual. Culture shock! As I was there I had a vision. It was a weird one. It was weird because I had it 5 or 6 years ago. In both visions I was told that I would have millionaires in my church-8 of them. A few weeks later this word was confirmed by a prophet who said that and a lot more. I said "Lord-where are they?" His reply was "you shall make them." I remember thinking, "great this is going to be harder than I thought." And then I have this vision again. I shared it with 2 people. I was overwhelmed. I had given up on this to be honest. When I shared this with my daughter, she was immediately aware that my friend Mike was going to meet with someone in the business who's husband had been working with a millionaire in FL from this business. She said "that is the first thing I felt." Millionaires coming in. Folks-I sense a change in the air.

So here I am this morning recounting the prophetic words of gems and gold and millionaires. Wondering who it is this will touch. Being forewarned to judge no one by appearance or in advance. Realizing that the business I am in is the answer to helping others and shaping lives. Before I thought I had a "jackknife" of a business, but now I realize I have a nuclear bomb. So, I am overwhelmed(I would tell you speechless, but no one would believe that!). Last night I stopped at a friend's home on the way back to ask him to come aboard. And I am feeling that there is more to this. Only yesterday my daughter Amy, was describing an accident she witnessed and how she just burst into tears of compassion. There is a shift. We have been promised MAY. "As prophesied earlier this year, God has set aside a few months for unusual favor for God's people. The month of May is going to be a time of access and release for those who receive this promise. Kim Clement" I am not trying to explain it, but I do believe it has something to do with sowing and reaping. What we sow in April will be reaped in May.

What can you give? While I was in Massachusetts, I thought about giving away my store. Lock, stock and barrel. I told Tina this morning. At wholesale it would be a 30K plus offering. Pray for me. I am looking for the group or person, I believe. Horns of offering. I realized last night the other business helps people, has the potential to reach millions and I don't have to load furniture in cars. :-)

Mentoring

Hi folks:

This is a big one for me. Over the last few weeks I have been sensing the need for a stronger emphasis on mentoring or spiritual parenting.

Last night clinched it for me. There is a real need for this. Mike posed a challenge last week. Will you lay down your life for another?

I have said for years that every Timothy needs a Paul. Every Paul, a Timothy. And every Paul, a Barnabas. I have felt in many cases there is a "fatherless" (And surely a motherless side.) generation coming up. First and foremost I know we must address the true position of a father in a child's life. Even as this generation grwos older we see fears entering into hearts. Having said that, we can do what we can do. The age old thought, "let it begin with me."

"But speak thou the things which become sound doctrine: That the aged men be sober, grave, temperate, sound in faith, in charity, in patience. The aged women likewise, that [they be] in behaviour as becometh holiness, not false accusers, not given to much wine, teachers of good things; That they may teach the young women to be sober, to love their husbands, to love their children, [To be] discreet, chaste, keepers at home, good, obedient to their own husbands, that the word of God be not blasphemed. Young men likewise exhort to be sober minded."

I have spoken to no less than 4 young women who have no role model in the last week or so. No less than 3 males. I do not want to sound like a jerk, but when will we come to the end of ourselves and realize we have an accountability to this generation. Whether it be our sons or daughters, or the child of the next door pre-Christian couple, do we have a responsibility? Oh, I know some of these kids are difficult to dea with. Some will resist. But, is not Jesus wooing us at our worst, a type or an image of what His expectations are of us to this generation?

Personally, I am struggling with the brokeness of the children I have met in the last week or so. But this is not about me. What about them? There are women in this church who have been broken. They have healed only to the extent they share. I mention women because a lot of the men are plugging in on some level. I copied this from DA. Each one, reach one, Each one, support one Each one, teach one To reach another one.

Let me know what you think and what you feel our "job" is.

I woke up at 4:30 this morning. Why? Not sure. But felt like taking a shower and praying. So by 4:45 I was in prayer mode mode. I have had a revival of prayer in the last few weeks. I have in many respects returned to my "Word of Faith" roots. My prayers this morning were varied, but as I prayed for many, I felt a word of the Lord creeping in. There seemed to be an underlying theme. Speaking to the person's spirit I was praying for. Calling it forth, to the "lead" position. (Maybe it had to do with all of Vanessa's prayers :-p) Anyways, I felt like things were changing in people's lives.

It made me think about prayer and more particularly, what we say. There seems to be a growing belief that what we say does not matter. On the other hand a couple of people asked me about my request about removing Jason from Alyssa's life. So, some do feel that what we say is important. If it does not mean anything, then why do people when we say we are "praying" get concerned. There is no more special time for prayer than any other, really. God is listening in all the time and so is the devil. What we say is relevant. Trust me if I went around saying "sister so and so is a jerk," someone would stop me. (Wouldn't they?)

Another theme that kept occurring was that of declaring that the spirit of fear was removed. How by "perfect love." Or as I have recently been saying "The mature love. Love that has come to it's fullness." I have watched an increase of fear in people's lives. Fear about relationships, situations, the future. It is destroying the health of many individuals. Whatever it is that you are fearing, God is greater. Now having said that, there is a walking out process of these things. That is a day to day regimen. Working on one's self and sharing it with others. A problem shared is a problem halved. People need people. I give you a guideline below to help you. I have had to deal with this in my own life lately. This time my healing has not been instantaneous. It still could be. But as of this moment it has not.

As I prayed I felt like the body of believers in this area had believed the lies of the enemy, about themselves, about others and mostly about God.

I believe you will have a blessed day. Go for it.

Personal Prayer Requests

Hi folks:

I am at a crossroads in my life over areas of ministry and business. I feel like prayer is the answer in this situation. I have a number of requests and ask that you pray as the Lord leads.

The first request is.

Business related-We currently have 4 businesses. One is websites and the related bookstores. Another is a newspaper. Another a store. And finally, the business that provides a great deal of income, our Pre-Paid Legal Business. I also have another art project I m working on. Add to the fact that had I read a certain book(Rich Dad, Poor Dad) I read after the store opening, I would not have opened it. But I did. And even though it makes good money, it is labor intensive, has no residuals, etc. . So, I want to sell it. And I am asking you to pray that God would supply a buyer. I want 30K for all the merchandise. 5K down. I have 3-40' trailers full, a warehouse space full and 2,800 square feet of store. I am going to advertise it in the next week. Just thinking it through. It would be a great cooperative business for ministry, but I do not want to be there with it. I would help anybody. And I could travel selling the newspaper advertising, the websites and the Pre-Paid Legal in different modes all at the same time. I could also combine my travel to include ministry, etc..

My art project. I am joining forces with a former stripper who is a dynamite artist. I am working on some projects right now with her. The money benefits former strippers, escorts, and prostitute. I feel really good about this connection.

2 Web projects-In the last few days I developed successfully, 2 web projects. They would be an ideal starter business for someone. So, I am in thought process wheter I sell or keep/

Ministry related-I really need this one. I(we) need to have an exact opposite of me for this church body. Someone who has the town and it's people at heart. We recently received some prophetic words about a doubling of people in the ministry. I want someone with counseling abilities. Someone who is willing to devote themselves to prayer. Willing to lead groups. Someone to offset the prophetic side of our ministry. Without it we can go no further, I think. It can even be a team of people to come alongside and take on some of the day to day responsibilities. We have people that need biblical counseling. A shoulder to lean on. A person or people to take the direction I see and reduce it to simple, bite size pieces. (Am I making sense) I want to focus on workplace prophetic and evangelism. To focus on prayer and growth. I want someone to watch inside the church, so to speak, while I focus on the outside.

Please devote some time to this. We are rapidly moving into stagnant areas. I am willing to work with you people 8-14, 14-28 and work outside. What I am asking prayer for is that we would have homes to be open. This requires prayer, prayer, prayer. I am willing to do the hard work if someone will do the easier work that is "hard" for me. It is not where I "live." I want to bring in more "outrageous" ministries to work with the young people, like James Levesque.

Also, I have been asked to preach at some biker rallies(10-20,000) and some things like that. Will you pray that I hear clearly?

Hi folks:

I touched on it yesterday, but Tina and I had a conversation about it today. It is rapidly falling on our hearts. The questions we are faced with; are where do we find the time; what do we do; how do we do it? And probably 20 more.

We could use some prayer about this. Mike and I had a discussion on Saturday about this.

Persistence-funny story-and some truth revealed

Yesterday was not one of my finest days. With the incoming storm I wanted to get things done. Racing around at the store, just trying to get things done. Bought a bunch of furniture, went through a bad time, and finally decided that as it had started to snow, so I told Cass "we are out of here." And a friend of mine stops in. This is a friend of mine who is trying to find the financing for a movie that he and another have written. (They have already had meetings with people like Jonathan Frakes from Star Trek, but what it comes down to, that unlike most industries where people in the know put their money up, the movie industry does not. So while people like Frakes and Albert Finney have said "yes" the pocketbooks they have say no. Whole 'nother story. Hopefully we wil find him 5 million dollars.) So, Mark comes in and he wants me to show him the business plan for Pre-Paid Legal. Of course, it is snowing, but, hey, he is my friend. So, I do. And then we all get ready to leave. And as Mark goes to leave the front door of the store comes off! So, after some messing around I get it in place, enough to get through the night and hit the road. Well, by now, everything is icy, and I have no "snow tire" left on the car. We barely make the first hill, and the crossing guard jumps in front of us. Slowing to a crawl, I maintain enough momentum to make the hill. But clearly after a few minutes I am sure I am not going to make our 1 mile mountain. So, I begin the long way. Every few seconds the "low track" warning is going off. Cass is quiet. We get to this long hill that goes down. I am very cool doing what ever it takes to go up, but going down snow covered hills is not as much fun. Throwing the vehicle into neutral, I begin a braking strategy that gets me to the stop sign of a 4 way intersection. I make the turn right and begin climbing the moderate mountain. Slipping, sliding and negotiating curves where you can not hit the brakes nor drop into a lower gear, I have my road in sight, only to MISS it. Now I am in an uphill battle looking for a flat turn around with a vehicle tailing me. Does he think I know where I am gong? A half mile later I find the terrain I need, pulling over, waving the truck by and backing around to make another pass. All of this is down hill. I get to the road which is dirt and hope it is not the mudseason of yesterday. Up and down, spinning, sliding, we are nearly to the final stretch. A van races out of it's driveway with out stopping and we are on the brakes. Missing only by inches. She keeps going to pick up her children about 50 years down the road. We are at the top of a long hill down and a long hill up. I am going to have to build some serious momentum and I do and we glide to the top. Down my road and a little too much speed and the sleet/snow/ice nearly lands me in our trees. But, hey, we make it.

And as I sat here last night, I thought about the path of a Christian. Getting home for me was the objective. I am a very persistent person. Keeping my car safe is another. What do I have to do that is necessary to getting the job done. I knew that one approach would be nonexistent (The only thing worse than having to go down a hill forward, is to have to back down it!). Instead I looked for alternatives, remaining flexible to the situation. I think in a lot of respects, the walk of a Christian has to be flexible to avoid "breaking." I have watched dogmatic control destroy people's lives. I do not believe the goal is "getting to heaven," but believe it is to be like Him. While Jesus knew a lot of what was going on, ther was a flexibility in His approach to things. Crowd too much. Stay. Crowd too much. Leave. My physical journey yesterday had the day to day obstacles of hills, curves and stop signs. Nothing changed in that. But what changed was the circumstances. And in my life, what "bugs" me today, with encouragement and friendship does not bug me tomorrow. In part it was fun to have Cass in the car because you get sound effects. On the other hand having her in the car required a greater measure of caution. And that is what people mature into understanding, hopefully, that it is not about me, but about those I take with me. Immature believers can not "take" any one with them without possibly endangering their lives. Maturity wants to take others with them and get them there safely. There will always be obstacles. I listened to an imature believer the other day who decided life was too hard and they were giving up.

In Deuteronomy there is anunusual confession of faith in Deuteronomy 26, verse 5.. And thou shalt speak and say before the LORD thy God, A Syrian ready to perish [was] my father, and he went down into Egypt, and sojourned there with a few, and became there a nation, great, mighty, and populous: The person who made an offering was to make a confession of faith as they gave their tithe. And the Egyptians evil entreated us, and afflicted us, and laid upon us hard bondage: And when we cried unto the LORD God of our fathers, the LORD heard our voice, and looked on our affliction, and our labour, and our oppression: And the LORD brought us forth out of Egypt with a mighty hand, and with an outstretched arm, and with great terribleness, and with signs, and with wonders: And he hath brought us into this place, and hath given us this land, [even] a land that floweth with milk and honey.

That is the walk of one who is flexible. How we began here from our wanderings as the Syrian to where we are coming to now. We must head home, regardless of the cost. And the mature amongst us, have responsibility. Allen mentioned yesterday that he did not have title or a ministry, but the fact is, he has a love that "requires" a change.

There is a "nomadic" people that God is bringing together to partner with His agenda. And the journey is worth it.

Last night

Hi folks:

Many thanks to all that showed up last night. It will interesting to see some of the feedback about last night. It was an awesome time. Imagine sitting down for dinner in someone's dining room Isn't that what the Father tells us?

Tina and I are extremely thankful to Howard and Nancy for their ministry to our people. They shared about the awesomeness of God and His great love towards us. And at the end I suggested that there had been a call for some things that could be prayed for. Three themes rose as they prayed for person after person. Daddy, the Word and Destiny. People's tears indicated the depth that the Father was touching. Ministry went til after 9. Yeah God! The roots of the enemy's work were being ripped out.

Even the "unsaved" there last night recognized the anointing of God. Yes, we had visitors again. Interesting what is happening this week. They have said they will be with us on Sunday, as well.

Who could resist Howard's hugs or Nancy's impassioned prayers? To them thank you for the hospitality. And please keep them in prayer. This is a birthing time for the ministry of love they carry. It is also a healing time. As I prayed for them last night, I saw a vision of the 2 of them on a surfboard. Gliding down the face of the waves. Everything they had done to get here was working towards this perfect wave. Our responsibility will be to take hold of the words and the prayers spoken and work them through.

We will be with them again next week. As the Lord brings us close to His heart. I believe by the end of this period many will have been healed. And keep us in prayer as we look to the next step.

Quick note-many of you know I will be playing worship with some friends on Saturday night at the Power Station in Troy. I hope you will come. This is a Christian coffee house.

A $100 bill

Hi folks:

I have been having a few bank experiences lately.

On Sunday I welcomed the newcomers(5 of them) to "our bank." To which one of the little ones said "it is not our bank. It is God's bank!" For those of you who do not know, we meet on Sunday's in the conference room of a bank.

And then yesterday, I was to meet Tina at 9:30 and I said I would but I had to go to the bank first and would be there if there wasn't a hold up. So, as I pulled up to the bank at 9:00 I saw 2 police cruisers in front. Apparently, a possible attempt to get in through the ceiling.

And then today I decided to walk in the bank despite freezing temperatures and lo and behold(whatever that means) there on the floor was a $100 bill. Wow! What I could do with this, I thought. But, I picked it up and brought it to the teller. It belonged to an elderly women. The tellers congratulated me on my honesty, and I left.

I am not sure what it all means necessarilty but there is something happening to the financial realms even as I write. Maybe it is we own, we wait, we give.

Prayer

The last few days, I have felt this intensity to pray for anything and everything. And not just to "pray," but to pray with intensity. Most of you know I do not pray quietly, nor do I see that changing in my life any time soon. he Lord is increasing His desire in me to see His Word declared. And it is compelling. I normally spend the last 1/2 hour on the way back from dropping off Matt, sorting ideas or listening to the radio. Not this morning. I was overwhelmed by His Word coming through me as I made decrees over this community and it's people. Interesting how it started as prayer a wile back, then declarations and now decrees. I do not understand it all, I just know today has all the earmarks of being a WOW kind of day.

Anyone else feeling this intensity to return to His Word?

Moving on with things

Dear Friends:

We are moving on with things. So many of you have plugged into our
Deeper Relationships Group at Yahoo.com that a lot of this is
extraneous and we may change that in the future. The coolest thing
about it is , that it is knotting hearts from around New England and
beyond. I thought perhaps it was just going to affect only those in the
group, but some of the remote members have added some very cool pieces
to the puzzle. 70 plus messages in a week. Wow!

Many changes were discussed at our last Tuesday meeting. Some of those
will affect you in the future. If I get a chance to breathe, I will be
addressing those before the weekend. Some of those things will include
outreach, a second group (The first one is at it's limit.), discussion
about a men's group(And women's) and a call for a "road trip." Tina
brought forth 5 pictures which were interpreted and perhaps she will
share those herself.

Please be praying. This weekend Alyssa is supposed to be coming down
with the kids. We are believing for a miracle here.

Sunday at Springfield Savings and Loan. Reminder that Aaron G will no
longer be able to make Sundays due to work. Please pray that a change
would occur here. Meanwhile, we will need som musical gifts unless you
trust that I can play a mean CD.

Hi folks:

For the third time I will make an attempt to get this letter out.

Many of you have responded to our Deeper Relationships group on line. The irony of this is that for years I have had a pretty regular word about a church on the internet. I have avoided it, even shrugging it off and saying "whatever." Despite my best attempts at avoiding the thought, it looks like it is happening without my saying "OK." So much for wining out against God. So, those of you who have bee participating, it is becoming very revealing. And it is starting to knit hearts in a way that I did not think could happen. So, if you have not responded to the invite and are interested, jump on in. If for some reason you have not received it, let me know.

Sunday-suffice to say that with 20 people in the room(It is evident that we will have to change some tables.)it was interesting. And it was obvious that many things were percolating. There was a pressure that existed and as I said yesterday, I believe it signifies a change is imminent. Having said that, and knowing I am an advocate of change as long as it is not happening to me, we are making plans, if that is possible.

Yesterday I had a dream. Tina and I were riding our Goldwing(Obviously I have time to think about this!)to a car dealership that was in White River Junction. We were going to pick up a coupon for something. (Why could they not send it?) As we arrived at this dealership, it was clearly a huge place and obviously existing in the dream, because it was acres and acres. As we walked across the lot (And this took like 10-15 minutes) we headed towards a very large building. We entered in this building and as I went to the desk to announce myself, the woman said, "I know who you are. You are Mr. Johndrow. Mr. Anderson is waiting for you." (Hmmm.)She let him know I was there and continued her conversation with me. She told me that Mr. Anderson was delighted to be meeting with me. When I said why, she said because he has heard all about you and wants to meet you. (All this for a coupon?) We continued the conversation and I had the impression that my work at some place had preceded me.

That was it. Any of you interpreters, please have at it.

Tomorrow being Tuesday, I imagine it will be an awesome night in lieu of what is happening in the Deepre Relationships group. So we are looking forward to seeing you.

Dear Friends:

By now, most of you have read your email, saw your invite and have
begun to join our group called Deeper Relationships at Yahoo.com. In
many ways it is going to cement the bond that is being built on
Tuesdays and Sundays. Please keep in mind that this is a place of
safety and encouragement. I know when we are hurting it is sometimes
difficult to keep in mind. And if for some reason you have not
"figured" it out, let one of us know. Also, I have asked Aaron S. to
"moderate" postings as well. And if you did not receive an invite(It
could get caught in a spam filter.), let us know. Also, we believe that
if will help those contemplating changes to see how we handle things.

We have invited people who have acted as our circle of conscience;
Darryl & Martha, Phil & Wendy and Roger & Phyllis to join. We have also
invited about 5 men and women who have had a lot to do with us or I
feel will be helpful to the growth. Whether any of these jump on board
will be their choice. I would humbly ask that both husbands and wives
enter separately if they would, so that we all would receive the full
benefit of their counsel and friendship, at least in the case of those
who gather with us.

Aaron brought up the thought process of 12 step and how we are able to
be a mix between the church that exists today (And the one we have had
trouble with) and the 12 step programs that often leave spirituality
aside. I share something below for your thoughts. In many ways it is
simply the church lifestyle and how we can move from the place of sin
and bondage, by placing a system of "recovery" in our hands. It is not
a rule or meant to supersede what we do, but simply to address the
issues where addictions (that need deliverance.) need to begin. I
recognize that without allowing God's grace to flow in and out of our
life, there is no recovery, no growth.

Eight Recovery Principles
based on the BEATITUDES

R= Principle 1 -Realize I'm not God; I admit that I am powerless to
control my tendency to do the wrong thing and my life is unmanageable.

A new "group"

Hi folks:

Because of the recent letters and responses that have come for th, I have given some thought to this prior to the letters and after.

Most of us would agree that the est way to communicate is face to face. After that the question becomes more difficult. Some people call or email. I had een thinking about how to provide continuity in this group as discussions and topics come up. It is (and was) clear that a single night or morning was not going to cut it. And with seeing the wonderful responses, and understanding that many of you got in contact with Aaron S directly I am excited.

I also realize that some of us can handle email, etc. better than other situations.

I am excited about where we are at, so I have provided a venue in the form of a group at Yahoo.

Dear Friends:

Most of you have read Aaron's letter. I look forward to seeing our
response to Aaron, to one another and what it looks like. It is
exciting to think about.

Most of us have been or are at the place he describes so well. The
other night as Tina and I were talking I said that "encouragement is
the ground for progress." No one is immune to having times of hurt or
pain. And how we respond to it has a lot to do with the friendship and
the encouragement (or lack of) we have around us.

There are 2 observations.

In the beginning I said that our meetings would be the "dating service"
meaning that out of those times, there is a need to get together
because one hour just does not cut it with one another.
The second being that a regular retreat is a relationship builder.

Aaron's letter points out the validity of those two thoughts.

Yeah Mike!

Dear Friends:

Yeah for Mike! He did a great job sharing about extravagant grace
yesterday. And certainly his demonstration of placing a cup in the
center of a large bowl and filling the cup with water to where it
overflowed was demonstrative of what we are as Christians to allow
grace to do for us. Overflow and pour out into our sphere of influence.
Great job!

And thanks to Aaron for jumping in to bring worship to us. He did a
great job and we appreciate him.

While the weather hampered traveling some, thanks to all of you who
could make it and to the rest of you we were praying for you and
thinking fondly of you.

I have been thinking a lot about the relationships each of us have and
the process we have for building new ones or strengthening old ones.
Last night I had a reunion with some friends. They do not live far from
here. Why haven't we seen each other in almost a year? Because we are
all too busy. It brought up a conversation last night about it. Part of
the conversation resulted in me thinking, "how do I get un-busy?" Part
of that process is trusting more in Him. When I trust Him, I am less
inclined to race out and do something. The other part is security in my
relationships and the knowledge that people love me.

And one part I come to is that I must put honor and esteem into the
relationships I already have. I can handle a lot of things but shallow
relationships aren't working for me. And so I guess I have come to the
conclusion that one must "limit" his relationships. Meaning we can only
have just so many really good ones. And I think as a body of believers
we can not rely on one person to meet all our needs even from the point
of ministry. There are better counselors coming into this group than I.
People coming who have more time to pray with you and others. We have
better dream interpreters than I in this house. Others more gifted in
music and drama. Better bakers and cooks than some of us. Our job is to
hold the "fort" so to speak until others come along more gifted or
skilled than perhaps you or I in various areas. I want to help
everyone, but as more and more people come to the "table" I can not. I
am building my relationships with you. New people as they come in, are
going to be gently handed off to people like Mike. Until his "quiver"
is full. We can not maintain the level of love we have if we go around
like bumblebees. One of the simplest ways to tell you are busy, is how
many people in this group do you touch base with in a week? Do they
call you or do you call them? What about those who were not able to
make it on a Sunday or a Tuesday? Most of us have "inferiority
complexes" on one level or another. And so we often do not reach out.
And when we are not reached to, it can bother us. When we reach out we
are shifting things to a positive place. I think that is our goal. To
reach out to one another.

One more thing.
Aaron shared his heart for the skateboarders. There are a lot of them.
They are one facet of our community. We can make inroads and shift this
community, but only by maintaining a level of love and compassion for
one another. Tomorrow night I want us to discuss how we can build
stronger relationships one with another. Bring a verse or two to share
with each other about your thoughts.

Prophecy being fulfilled and some needs and ideas and random thoughts

Dear Friends:

About 2 months ago when we were at RC, I received a pretty serious
prophetic word about some things in Springfield. The next day I met
with the prophet. Some of you may remember the words: "to be a place
for the exodus to come. No one can exodus until there is a place to
exodus to." I think, that this group is becoming that. And there is a
situation that has recently occurred that may be the situation. It is a
very bad situation that has occurred and it is quite likely there will
be a lot of fallout over it. I feel the Lord telling us to position
ourselves like a basket for the fallout. Folks-I am serious when I say
you will want to have your front doors open and coffee on the table.
The picture I am getting is that we will need to "dump" somethings to
be available. All of our good intentions will fail if our good (Or even
excellence) is the enemy of God.

Busyness is an agenda I believe the Lord is going to change. I saw a
picture of what busyness can do to a person yesterday. It unnerved me.
In the last few weeks, young men have suffered heart attacks. Stresses
have grown high. Personal time with the Lord is not only important but
I believe it is critical. Things are going to happen. We need to be in
shape.

Ministries like Jesus Freak racing and what I believe will be a
ministry to skateboarders (If one of our group has his way) and even
the biker who came in last night will be the norm. What happened on
Tuesday night will be happening all over the place. People are moving
to Springfield and things are shaking. People we do not know are saying
"Maranatha" as they leave and enter.

We desperately have to get a handle on the children issue. They have to
be, must be part of what is going on. We must honor families like the
Gonthiers and the Godfreys with their children.

Yesterday a pastor said to me he was "jealous" because of the love he
is hearing come from here. The last few months we have seen the rue
meaning of love covers a multitude of sins operate.

The store-it has become an important part of our ministry. A gathering
place. The skateboarders. Christians coming in. What is evident is that
the store can not be handled by one person or even two. I am
considering selling the store to the ministry. I am not sure what that
looks like but it will be an opportunity for us to teach people about
ministry side by side if we can work it out. There are physical needs
that can be met here. Aaron S is seriously thinking about how to
minister to these skateboarders. Cass seems to have a handle on the
broken who come in. I am sure you will see aaron coming up with some
interesting ideas for reaching the skaters.

Sunday-we need to brainstorm on opening the meeting on Sunday. Signs,
etc. We need to work together more on this.

Some crazy stuff

Dear Friends:

The last few days have been interesting to say the least. At the store
we have had a stream of brothers and sisters coming through, often
saying they were not planning to come in, but "drawn" for some reason.
And so we are trying to figure things out so to speak. We have had a
few opportunities to share the Lord along the way.

Something I just received from Jim Jarvis from Jesus Freak Racing. Jim
and Luann drive 1 hour and 2o minutes each way twice a week. The letter
speaks for itself. Yesterday when I got to the store, Jim was there.
When I asked him why, he said he felt an outpouring coming. Here it
is...

Hi Lee
I felt that i had to come up to see you yesterday to share what the
Holy Spirit has been revealed to me. First I believe that Tuesday nite
was the closest that I have come to seeing God reveal His N.T. church
to this body of believer's. I don't believe that it will be on Sunday,
because of the distractions. But on Tuesday's fellowship, we have to
bring ourselves to one mine set and that is to focus on God and Him
alone and enter in to the holy of holies with boldness with the sense
that you know that you know that ABBA Father OUR DADDY is just sitting
there with open arms to welcome us to HIS THRONE ROOM. ITS going to be
and experience that none of us has ever witnessed, let alone being part
of. It will be a life changing something that i can't put in to words,
its going to be real and it will continue.

Tuesday night results

Dear Friends:

Wow! There is not much else that can be said. First the food that was
brought was excellent. Beef stew, "Mexican" meatballs, pasta dishes,
salad and homemade bread and garlic bread...and as Tina put it..."I
didn't have to cook." Thank you guys for the groaning table. The meal
was super. And as we began our more "serious" part of the night, Mike
demonstrated Sumo prayer to those absent on Sunday. With a twist. One
man showed up , I believe wondering how he would fit in. No one left
him "alone." Mike and others began to pray for healings and
deliverance, and the prophetic words were coming in a fury while Tina
and I just "sat" on the couch somewhat amazed. Words of destiny and
encouragement came forth. (Later Tina and I were washing dishes and she
said, 'it was like sending your son off to his first prom.") It was
just joyful.

As I shared the word from Ephesians, Mike was saying "this is just like
Aaron's new CD he did for everyone REST...His Rest." And by the way the
CD is awesome. And it became clear that people who had once been on
fire had been "dumbed" down by the church. And once we got past the
"angry" part I challenged people to forget about what has happened and
begin to allow the first love to erupt inside of us.

And the...on to chocolate cake!!!

Some prayer requests.
Jim and Luann have been contemplating a move. It would require a 2 car
garage that can be worked in for the Jesus Freak Racing Team. So, let's
pray.
Without getting specific, one of the people we prayed for told me that
they were able to minister to someone on the phone after we prayed.
Also, they believe the Lord has them seeking a home 5 minutes from 91
that has a stone porch(columns, deck, etc.)
We prayed for Jeff and Diana. While we were praying, Diana received a
call that her mother had passed away. She has taken a bus to Michigan.
Keep her and her family in prayer. Jeff is getting ready to return to
work. He had a heart attack about 4 weeks ago.
Tyler went to court yesterday and needs prayer for favor.
Norman goes to the doctor today about hip replacement.
I am helping a man who is disabled empty his recently deceased father's
him today. Prayer not to get hurt and to be a blessing. Also, we have 2
public business meetings that need prayer.

This week(Sumo Prayer)

Dear Friends:

Yesterday was a great Sunday morning. We experienced Sumo prayer. I
will let Mike and Norm explain that to you. We certainly expect results
from it. Also, because I had to suddenly leave, Tina and Aaron did a
great job. Thanks! I came back and shared on going, that God would be
there from Joshua 1(To receive your promise) and Mark 16. Catching your
promise.

Prayer
How many read the local paper? As we pray for Springfield, much is
revealed in the rutlandherald.com and the eagletimes.com. The paper
shows what needs prayer, what received prayer. We commonly call it an
intercessor's handbook. Not sure what to pray? We have copies of books
on prayer that offer scripture, etc. As we pray for one another, and
pray from biblical perspectives, God answers His word. It is
interesting that the "Sumo prayer" model that some of you saw early on
in the morning is somewhat of a picture of us against the works of the
enemy. It is a stance that is described in Ephesians 6. A warrior
stance. Perhaps someone besides me will have something to share about
it tomorrow night. There is a time of soaking and a time of intimacy
that is different that our Sunday morning times. Our 9:30 time is a
corporate time of agreeing with prayers that are lifted up to see
things change in our community. Watching Mike and Matt "throw down" was
actually a pretty cool picture.

10-10:30 Worship (We could use some others to start plugging in
here-let me know if you are interested.) and prayer for one another.

11-12 Meal-Bring what you can, yesterday we had a surprise of some
great apples. Kind of offset the homemade turkey pot pie.

Tuesday night

Dear Friends:

For those of you who were not there or could not be there, we think of
you often and pray for you. Some of you are on this "intimate" list
because we just think you are great people. Many of you have become
part of what is happening on Tuesday and Sunday.

First-this past Tuesday was really cool. There were many words that
came and were discussed. Both Tina and I are noticing changes in
individuals that are just very cool. It really is about relationship.
And that was part of the discussion. How do these relationships reach
the outside world? We had a great time of prayer and a good discussion
time.

Some practicals-are you guys sick of Italian food yet? We keep making
it, but maybe we need to "plan" a little. Same for Sunday's lunch.
There has always been enough, but while our house is your house,
perhaps our food is not your style. Also, on my wife's behalf, I am
going to ask for a little more help. My wife is enough of a Martha
without me presenting the circumstance to her! Same goes for Sunday,
though there is a "changing of the guards," so to speak, to come there.

This Sunday will be our first "message" Sunday. You will hear messages
this month on "Love and Hospitality" and "Extravagant Grace" from 2
different speakers and I am working on a third speaker who shares my
heart. As the weather gets better I am going to look at bringing in a
guest once a month.

One of the discussion the other night had to do with "they will know
that we are Christian by our love." That certainly suggest that we will
have to be out and about. Something to think about.

This is a short week and some of us have experienced depression and
discouragement, I being one of them. Yesterday at about 11:45 a wave of
depression rolled over me. If that is you as well, I will be praying
for you.

Travel-I am working on connecting in Mass-CT-Maine-NH right now for
travel, but part of it depends on others stepping up, as we are
transitioning.

One more topic-Administration-Both Tina and I would like to see one or
two people come along who would be willing to share in some of the
administrative and clerical duties of the ministry. Some of these
things have to do with keeping the website current, sending out checks
to missionaries, etc., taking care of the offering on Sunday, helping
with traveling correspondence, organization, etc. With business and
ministry expanding Tina and I are running short on time.

Dear Friends:

By now, most of you will have received our 2007 greetings to you. Tina
and I love you and appreciate you. We are proud to know you.

Yesterday was an interesting day at the meeting. I had written 2007
Changing of the Guard and Tina wrote below that there is a transfer of
wealth coming. Will you be the receiver of it or the giver of it. We
ended up discussing it. Transfer of wealth does not mean that there is
any more money on the table but it is about who "owns" it. This brought
up a lot of discussion. I felt led that we were to discuss and address
what it is that puts us in position for wealth. And so I am going to
share that with you.

We all agreed that we understood the first principle of positioning
ourselves to receive was:
Giving-Most of believe that the Lord has called us to give, a principle
of sowing and reaping. BUT...if that was all there was to it, most of
us would be rich.
Education was the next thing on our list. Studying to understand wealth.
Investment-what do we invest into make money? Remember the parable of
the talents...with more comes more responsibility, as well. We
discussed that.
Obedience-What is the Lord telling you or I to do? Are we following His
instruction? Or have we dumbed down the word to do what we want.
(Personally, I believe this is the number one hindrance to obtaining
wealth.)
Open to God-very closely connected to obedience. So the question is are
you ready to listen to Him?
Opportunity-opportunity is being in the "right place at the right
time." Therefore without obedience we will not be there most likely.

Many of you have come to hear me be hit with the paradigm shifts of
life as the result of reading books on finance. This lead me to
changing how I approach my Pre-Paid Legal business and developing an
investor's group. This group has to do with education and opportunity.

But the real question on the plate for most of us is...are we doing
what He said? Are we embracing His call in our lives? We would not
bless our child for going to a friends when they were to mow the lawn
or wash dishes, so do we think God thinks differently? I am not sure,
except I believe that disobedience is the number one problem for
believers. I am probably a lot more like Jonah than I am Jesus.

Transition is coming in 2007 to Springfield. Yesterday I felt the Lord
saying that we need to gather as a prayer summit in Springfield. I am
praying about the right time and location. More to come soon!

New Year's Weekend

As we approach the threshold of 2007, I can already sense a change in

Christmas Party

Many of you were there on Tuesday as I shared about the couple I
prophesied over in their home. Here is the beginning of the fruit.
We(As a group) so dearly need each one of you to pray, to love and to
deepen our relationships with one another. This is a letter I received
this morning from the man.

hi lee, hope this finds all's well in your world. thanks so much for
your e-mail. it was printed out and given to my brother yesterday
afternoon. will let him read it, and get back to me today. on a wild
guess, what do you think we could get for the breakfront, snowblowers,
and lawn mower? my brother has stepped down as co-excecutor giving me
room to move. but i am still keeping him in the loop so there will be
less conflict down the road. he likes the idea of less stuff going to
the landfill. i am sorry i did not e-mail you yesterday, but i promised
lizzy i would stay off the computer and the phone yesterday. i was
wound way too tight. this is the last thing i can do for my dad, and it
will be done to the very best of my abilities. i loved my parents. when
they adopted me, they took me out of a life style that would have
killed me. i carry many passions partly due to an addictive personality
which has it's own potholes. i have been clean for 20 years and sober
for 8 . thankfully i got together with lizzy. it's amazing what love
can do. she still put up with a lot until, thru our love, i kind of
found myself. i owe her so much. it looks like i am going to owe you a
lot also. you touched buttons in me. not many people have done that. on
1 hand, i would have fingers left over after the count. i believe in
you and your ways. i am coming up saturday morning with my daughter and
the boys i spoke of to start the process. i would appreiciate a little

Something to share

Folks:

For years I have struggled with why don't we "get it." I have asked
myself often what it is that Jesus did. We have Him so being more
anointed, etc. could not be the answer. While reading Donald Trump's
newest book, <underline>Rich Dad, Poor Dad</underline> Robert Kiyosaki
spoke of how people learn. For years I have said that if you do role
playing or "push" people into the foray, good things happen. And over
the years many have "criticized" my style. Well, as I read this book I
realized why. If we do not have an interactive church in the coming
days( As I fully believe Jesus did.) we are going to get the same
results as we have been. Minimal in many respects. So Trump and
Kiyosaki spoke of the Cone of Learning. So, I am sending you one. it
is time to push the limits of what we know. Look how little reading is
retained. On the other hand if we took that scripture and began to
use, it would bring our retention to 70%. If we simulate it 90%.

This morning was totally awesome...We had a wonderful time in the
Lord. The release of prophetic words(Soon to be posted on the blog.
See below) were quite exciting. Something is shifting. We had a new
family show up. Two in two weeks.

Sunday Morning went well and other notes

This morning went well. It is clear that God is getting ready to do
something different. Tina and I got there a little after 8 and as we
prayed the Lord began to shape things. Others came in after 9 and more
prayer came forth. Worship was different and that is all I can say.
And things are in a state of flux. Flux is a result of heating up when
it describes a state. or condition.

Last weekend Tina and I received a few words and God not only
confirmed them He brought it in above and beyond all that we can
think. Then I went to an apostolic summit and received many words.
Again I sowed into the words. On Friday & Saturday we sowed more at a
meeting called Upward Call. (Awesome meeting! God bless Darryl &
Martha!) We came home to such an increase words can not describe it. I
feel like we stepped into the center of the stream of His blessings.
Above and beyond what we can comprehend. It is clear that as we
fulfill the roles God has spoken to us through prophets and apostles
we will be blessed. God wants to bring an increase to His people.

One of the last words I received on Wednesday from Phil Zaldatte said
this. "I have seen you in a fishbowl and the Lord has brought His
hammer to smash it, that you are no longer contained. The last season
is over and a new one is upon you. You will see a restoration of old
relationships and you will bring reconciliation to the region. God has
given you a business anointing and many will sow into ventures He is
giving you." This is very similar to a word Micheal Pipes gave me
years ago, and certainly similar to the ones I get.

I think that the Lord is doing this right now in Springfield. He is
building a people of prayer and worship. The reason we are downtown
meeting in a bank is to bring light to His community. We received good
words last weekend about this. By building deeper relationships. After
the words I received on Wednesday, I know that I am not to even try to
touch the "pastoral" of this work nor is Tina. There are 3 men and 1
women I believe could begin to fulfill this. And by January I expect
at least one of them will be in place. This is important for people to
know. We are a ministry that is built on the foundations of the
apostolic and prophetic (Ephesians 2:20) not pastoral.

Apostles will be those that build according to the plans brought forth
through the Lord and his prophets.

Prophets will bring about blueprints and work in conjunction with the
apostles.

Pastoral gifts will disciple, instruct in accordance with the
foundation set in place by the gifts of apostles and prophets. They
will be the "shepherds" of the people.

Evangelists will bring the people into the body, after seeing their
lives converted.

Teachers will bring the wisdom and teachings of God to the body of
believers.

We are going to percolate this work by prayer and worship. The next
few months will be solidifying things. By January I expect us to be in
place for reaching out at a greater extent. The Lord showed me 100
people. Hmmm. The word will be brought into the house. I think we are
looking at clear teaching gifts being used in this capacity.

Tuesday nights. Tuesday nights will be taking a shift. We will be
meeting this Tuesday (Adults only) to fellowship, to discuss the
meetings on Sunday, to impart training and to receive from the gifts
of teacher, apostle and prophet.

I need to say this. Many of you are believers of many years and you
may have been around the mountain(We were not excluded from this
process.) Tuesdays are going to begin to shape themselves around the
training center thought process. Some of the thoughts are we are not
going around the mountain again and want you to have a similar thought
process. Those that are trained will be leading small groups, the
Sunday body and traveling with us. I have already begun the process of
embracing the words given on Wednesday and have repented from the
words I left on the shelf. You will be told more about this process on
Tuesday. These people will be part of what our overall vision is
doing. Where we see it going as it is refined by the lord and counsel.
Our job is to equip people for the work of the Kingdom. God's job is
to build His church upon the revelation of Jesus Christ. We will do
ours and believe he will do His. I am going to begin to limit my time
of instruction and guidance to those who are working with us. That
group will not be all that large. Perhaps no more than dozen.

I have been told I will be "busy, busy, busy" with regional meetings.
It is the people. who are trained, that will go with us. This will
include five-fold, prayer people, gifts of hospitality and helps and
music. The training will not only strengthen the local church but it
will prepare people to travel with us. We believe the breaking of the
fishbowl word. Springfield desperately needs a body of believers who
will do the stuff. Many of you have a heart for the body of believers
here in Springfield. Tim T. told us to prepare for the exodus.

Relationships are not forged but begun on Sunday. Your relationships
are forged in your developing time with one another. We pray for this
to come to pass.

One little prayer request. Please pray for Tina with regard to her job
as the Lord touches your heart.

We received words from God as well on Sunday.

Important words given to us and I believe they will help connect some
of the dots. One of those words came from Pat Halloran and he said "I
did not need to know that you had been a bartender in a previous life
to know that you are now. The generational blessings are all over
you." We had a very good time at Ken & Laurie's being able to hook up
with a friend from 30 years ago, who I do not see enough of. Kevin
gave Tina and I words that moving into the bank building on Sundays
was going to have a lot to do with the marketplace here. That there
was a sound coming forth that we would resonate with. That the sound
of heaven would replace the howling of the night. (Anyone had a hard
time with the nights?) That we would pray for Chester and vice versa.
Mike K. received a word that is not unlike the words he has received
in the past, but his and Carol's time is coming closer.

Let me tell you that there is an excitement and a trepidation here as
we move ahead. We have failed at things in the past. As I told that to
another yesterday, I said that it was not without some fear we move
ahead.

Overall our ministry and it's people have had lots of words about the
marketplace and the prophetic. This morning I was awake at 5
prophesying to the businesses and the marketplace of this area. I have
been doing the same for a while. Over the last week I received 3 words
regarding finances. Yesterday, I felt and saw the manifestation of the
dam breaking. Monies we had waited on flowed into the household. I
believe it was a token of goodness on God's part to say that "you are
in the army now." He had been waiting for us to align ourselves with
His blessings.

Over the last few weeks I have had many friends hurting in the area of
finance. Monies held up, things stolen, things taken, things lost.
What is God doing? I want to know. You want to know. (Don't you?) We
must avoid the "doesn't God love us," syndrome that the enemy wants to
drop on us. I want answers! A young man was run over by a truck
yesterday. He and his family used to be part of our ministry here.
(Please pray for him.) What is going on here, Lord? A friend of mine
had his identity stolen(through a cell phone provider.) and savings
that he and his wife had planned for retirement(He is 70.). Things
have been weird. For a lot of us.

This is my answer. I felt the Lord say "Whom do you put your trust
in?" Nothing more. Nothing less. Please look at that.

Sunday-a time of refreshing and gathering in His name. A safe place to
tell someone you are glad they are here. A place to connect. The other
day I heard a lot about the Kingdom. It is a frequent meditation of
mine. What does the "Kingdom is at hand" mean? I felt the Lord prompt
that just as a sperm cell and an ova combine and create a new being,
so does the connection of believers coming together further the
Kingdom. A new entity(Kingdom) is created and readied to go forth.

for the letters and comments of support. Deeper relationships. It is
evident that is what we all want.

So, let me honor things as they have come to me. And they are not in
any particular order.

Meeting-At the Springfield Savings & Loan on Main Street in
Springfield 9-12.

Music-so far we have Aaron G. and Aaron S. who have been playing on
Tuesday nights ushering in a wonderful spirit. I hope we will see more
of this. I know there are some drummers floating around and hopefully
some more instruments will join in. (I wrote this in
'96-</color><italic>I believe God is going to develop a worship and a
worship team to carry the message of freedom and grace.</italic>) Your
gift of music is always appreciated. Please note we are hindered by
sound system capability at this point so, perhaps an amp for now. and
worship people-be ready. Sunday morning is not the time to practice(do
this during the week) or do something new. We want a system that is
easy to follow and for others to plug into.

Clarifying Sunday-Sunday is predominantly for the believer. It will be
a time of fellowship and food(details to be worked out on the food), a
time of praying for one another and time for worship. Worship may only
be a CD being played in the initial stages. Sunday will be a day of
parents(Need help? Ask.) bringing the training of their children into
worship and praying for one another into the church corporate setting.
As the result of parental guidance at home in these areas, it is our
hope that children will worship and pray for one another...and of
course eat! Sunday will be a day where we bring new believers and
introduce them into the process of worship, prayer and community. We
may have a few minutes of exhortation. We may have prophecy. We may
direct prayer into the community. But mostly, it is to connect and to
bless God for what He has done. We can be "free" with the process of
Sunday. Other believers can come and take it back to their bodies,
whether they be home or corporate. Our teaching/training will be
reserved for our Tuesday nights and ultimately our training center.

Clarifying Tuesday-This will be a time of training. Bring the unsaved
if you would like. It is the word of God and His anointing on it, that
transforms. It is for adults and children who can sit and learn and
participate. If your 5 year old can worship and pray and preach, then
bring him or her. If they will study and do homework, bring them. If
not, until they are trained do not frustrate your self or them.
Perhaps some of the young adults would be interested in sitting for
your children (so that husbands and wives can come together.). And we
will have small meal and a time of fellowship for the adults. When we
have guests(Like the 28th of this month-Darryl & Martha Rodman) it
will be on Tuesday nights for this season.

Young people(13-25)-there seems to be an awakening among that group
coming. So if you want to ignite your own children and build
continuity, invite them to your home(Prepare lots of food!), and see
where it goes.

Singles-I think the same rule applies. Open your homes to the
believers who are single. They often feel left out and left to their
own devices.

Children-for now, we are on the team of it is a parental
responsibility to train up their child into worship and prayer and the
word. But, I am hoping that mature, experienced believers will be
allowed to get into the picture as time and parents allow. A few
children adopting an elderly person in a nursing home or senior
building can go a long way for both. If children are participating
they are changing. And perhaps in the future, there can be a a
gathering geared just to the children. But please-no flannel
boards:<<) Maybe some of you can talk to us about this. David Walters
has some very good material.

Commitment-I am concerned about commitment. Commitment is one of the
dichotomies or parallels of church. We need to ask for commitment on
some levels; whether it be music, money or ministry or adherence to
the word. People are counting on you just as you are counting on them
to share your gift. And at the same time we want it to be Spirit led.
So, let's make it easy. Until many are here, we have greater reliance
on few. Tina and I are committed to the process but can not be there
every Sunday. We want you to take a Sunday off occasionally as well.
Go to another church body, visit family, etc. Just let us know, if you
have made commitments to music, etc. here, so that we can cover. We
need people to agree to open the doors when we are not there.

Leaders-Tina and I have accepted the "challenge" of leading this group
for this season. (Many of you are leaders who have not fulfilled your
destiny. We hope that changes. A leader can be one who faithfully
opens their home every week to study scripture.) We are going to be
raising up some others to have their hand on this over the next 6
months so that they can manage the day to day activities and things
related to Sundays. We believe that is what we are to do. Our future
will be the training center and travel, taking people with us where we
go through NEST.

Training-We will be preparing you for ministering one to another,
ministering to the lost and going and doing the "stuff."

Ministry-What is ministry? It is the overflowing of the Spirit's love
through you. It is not forced. Like a tree growing apples, there is no
straining and neither ought there to be in ministry. This has a lot to
do with the fruits of the spirit. No tree ever strained to produce
fruit. Embrace the Son, be watered by the word and the changes will
come.

Five-fold- wow. where do we go? Some will be teachers and we will see
you in the training center. Some have hearts to help people-perhaps
you are a pastor. Some love telling the unsaved about the Lord. Please
go do it. (Don't try and evangelize the church.) Some are builders.
You will see the fruit. And some are prophets. Again you will see the
fruit. Please note, a pastor is not necessarily a leader. Do not fall
into the American way of thinking. And let us just build deeper
relationships, using our gifts.

Money-For ministry to be done, it will require money. Everyone on this
lists understands tithing and offering. (Whether that indicates
transformation or not, time will tell.) Know that we will be praying
for finances and this will be critical. If we want to reach the poor,
it will take money and time. The word stewardship will become more and
more important in the days to come. O</color>ne who manages another's
property, finances, or other affairs is how it is defined. It also
includes talents and gifts. Only yesterday I came home to be blessed
by someone's purchase of materials for the meetings.<color><param>0000,0000,0000</param>

Our time commitment-This has to do with Tina and I. We are going to be
committed to the work of the ministry. That includes a small group of
believers who are our friends or spiritual children. We are going to
give our all to these 12 or so people. Many of these people have been
with us a long time. My criteria will be commitment to one another,
Springfield and moving ahead. We encourage you to consider the same.
No one can build deep or deeper relationships with 25 people. Most of
you have some really good friends. Enhance them. Take these
relationships to the next level.

Homes-The opening of your homes is critical to the process of the
Kingdom going forth. When you open your home to unbelievers you
embrace a biblical precedent. It is the opportunity to have believers
and pre-Christians in the room as you teach them to pray and to
understand Him. I know at least one couple who has their home open and
would love to have others join them as they break open the word,
worship and pray.

Reasoning together-Aaron S. and I do a lot of "reasoning" together as
I often do with Ken. We are not debater's. Learn to reason. Learn to
be open to the new and not understood. Be willing to have the eyes of
your understanding opened.

Excitement-A lot of people think excitement happens in the "church." I
do not necessarily see that. I believe it can. But most revivals start
outside the realm of the "church" per se. The 120 in the upper room,
saw no excitement until they took it outside. Most miracles and
healings happen when the lost are around.

Simple-In all things we are striving for simplicity. It leaves little
room for chaos and allows newcomers to plug in.

book I received called <underline>REVOLUTION </underline>by George
Barna<underline> </underline>had this to say regarding the state of
the majority of churched Christians based on research.

Regarding worship...</fontfamily>

<fontfamily><param>Arial</param><color><param>0000,0000,0000</param>Coming
to "church" was the only time they worship God.

8 out of 10 do not experience a connection during worship.

50% say that have not experienced His presence this year.

75% say they expect to get something out of worship, where as only 25%
offer to Him.

Regarding Spiritual Growth...

9% have a biblical world view

Even though majority say the Bible is true they spend more time on TV

Majority defined success by money, acquisitions an physical
things-less than 10% defined their lives by God

Regarding resource Investment...

Overall less than 1 out of 10 give to church or non-profits. 3% giving
over the year and happy with it. 1/3rd give over 10%

Less than 1 out of 20 described stewardship in terms of time,
relationships, ideas or skills

Most can not tell if there money changes lives

Regarding Spiritual Friendships...

Less than 1 out of 6 has a relationship with another that includes
spiritual accountability

Majority gleaned influential teachings from media, law or family...not
church.

Regarding Family Faith...

Majority relies on church to train children.

Less than 1 out of 10 gather outside of church to pray or worship, and
the same applies to Bible study or helping the disadvantaged.

The likelihood of divorce is the same among Christians as that of
unbelievers.

Majority spends less than 3 hours per month on God related endeavors

Most Christian parents do not believe they are doing a good job with
their kids.

WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So, as we move to Sunday morning(Beginning next weekend at the
Springfield S&L conference room, we need to have prayer and overturn
some of these stats. We will fill you in by Tuesday. Some of you have
asked some really good questions and that is why I shared this first.
We want to be revolutionary in the fact that we change ourselves, one
another and this community!

Please pray for one another and be a blessing. Seek to bless more than

Tuesday Night Nov 1

Last night was wonderful.

After a pasta dinner(Thanks everyone!) we began our night of worship.
First we prayed for our community and the return of His Spirit. And
then we worshipped. My wife said it was a sweet presence and that no
one felt like they "had" to do anything, it just happened. Many people
received prayer. The Lord allowed me to see many pictures for people.
And boy! Am I glad we are in November. Last night we had some visitors
and that was cool.

As I shared last night with some, there is something different
happening. Yesterday, I met with some people in government here in
Springfield. They were glad to have me coming back to downtown with
business and they felt something was different. As a result, I will
need some people to pray for some specific things and if that is you,
let me know. There are things happening this week that are important
to Springfield and Vermont. It is quite conceivable there is a mighty
shift coming. For those of you who have never read of the revival in
Springfield, go to the website at the bottom of his letter. At the top
of the page there is a link.

The "rumors" are true. We are on the way to having a meetings on
Sunday. Tina has secured a location and we will update you. Also,
Darryl & Martha Rodman have offered to be here on the 28th of this
month and we will be working on that. This constitutes a change in
things to come. One of the things I would like to say is this. We will
have emphasis on the following areas.

Worship and Prayer-We all are enjoying this

Loving God, ourselves and one another-This has been increasing

Ministering to the poor of the area-Can we say Amen! to opening the
door of blessing

Reaching out-We have to do this

Tuesday Night RSVP

<fontfamily><param>Arial</param>Many have inquired about the progress
of the Sunday morning meeting. So, we want to update you. I recently
sent this out to people. The letter is italicized. My comments are not.

<italic>Our thoughts are simple.

A weekend meeting that resembles our Tuesday night. Coffee before.
Worship. Prayer for one another. Lunch(If it is in the morning) Our
focus will be on building relationships in the church on Sundays,
believing for incredible worship and loving prayer for one another.

Teaching-an evening meeting devoted to teaching of the word. A place
for new believers and mature believers. (If we have guest speakers
from time to time this will be their place.)

A strong emphasis on reaching the lost. We (Tina and I) will have a
core of believers we work with, sharing our hearts and laying out a
"message" of the week. This weekly message can be taken by individuals
to share with their circle of disciples. That's it. Your Bible. A
couch. And food!

And before you go "NO WAY!" My "survey" of many of you has indicated
that Sunday morning messages are not necessarily "changing" your life.

This would be our precursor to our NEST training center. We hope it to
be a model for NEST plants as well.

We want to know your thoughts if you will. Please. I have listed them
by step. We do not go to step 2 until step 1 is resolved. We do not go
to step 3 until 2 is resolved. And so on. We can not go forward with
out these steps.

Administration:

We would need 3-4 couples and/or individuals who would plug in with
the day to day parts of ministry that I am not good at. At present
Tina does not have a lot of time, though if you are a woman and
thought she could help you in growing in your Christian walk, you
might ask her. We are not looking to be "pastors" as it is not our
gift. Tina is a gifted teacher and I just like to build things and let
them run. So, what does that mean, when I say "day to day?" I mean we
would need people who will counsel people in truth. We need people
with a willingness to disciple others. People who would occasionally
go to a hospital to visit someone or bring a meal. It would need
someone to help with paperwork and organizing a calendar. Helping
people know what meetings are going on.

</italic>We have had a number of people say "I want it to be local"
and I want to participate and help. Thank you!

Children:

By having a Sunday morning service with no teaching children can join
in eating, worshipping and praying. If we do adult teaching in the
evening one night of the week, then we can figure out children's
studies.

</italic>I think we all see what needs to happen here. The children
certainly need to be taught. More mature believers can work with
parents to help with this.<italic>

Building:

Our house is already starting to max at 25 and there are many not
coming yet. We will need a building soon. This could be a school, a
Holiday Inn, or the Springfield S&L room. The latter 2 would require
moving our equipment each week. We might even be able to work out an
arrangement with another church for their afternoons on Sunday. We
would need someone to pursue this at the appropriate time. Part of our
offering will be set aside for this. We think the number we max at
here will be 40. When we hit 40 we need to move.

</italic>I had someone make inquiry into a building. This would be
free if it is available. I am contacting another church. It would not
be in the morning. And our former store building is an option if we
had $350 in cash each month.<italic>

Money:

A few weeks ago I was with Wayne Anderson. He told me to "talk" more
about the kingdom and money. We go by faith. Most of us understand
tithing and offering. But I am being real when I say that if we move
to the next level, then there is money to resolve. Whether it is a
rental space or feeding the poor, we need to agree that money will be
open and discussed. Tina and I have committed our tithe and offering
to this work.

</italic>I think we all agree with this.<italic>

Commitment:

This can not be done by commitment. Tina and I were hurt in a lot of
areas by well meaning people, but we realize we are not "done." If you
are one of the "administration" team we are going to ask you for a
commitment time frame. We feel that is reasonable.

</italic><bold>I need to make sure of this. Please contact me about
Sunday morning. A simple yes or no.</bold><italic>

Why would we consider a switch from "home?" Because so much of what we
see happening in the home church of New England is not that much
different than the methods we saw in a more traditional church. I
think what I am suggesting allows flexibility and freedom. Most of us
said we do not need more messages (Even great ones.) but relationship
and sorting out what we already know. Why do I say the lost. This week
I am meeting with a Buddhist who wants to talk about life and it's
meaning. He is one of many I will speak to this week. I want a safe
place for him. If he converts I will be devoted to his care. And we
have seen too many people sitting in homes alone. I do not believe
this is the Lord necessarily. I am concerned about discouragement and
disappointment setting in.

I will tell you. Last night I prayed from 2:30 til about 4:30. I told
God my plans. I felt like He said I was being too safe. It was one of
those "is this the devil speaking" moments. I am concerned. I value my
marriage and my family. I am not trying to kill myself. I am clear
when I say that I do not have the "gift" of pastor. Those who sit on
my couch may differ with that statement. But a week ago I was given
the word by a prophet to build warriors. So, the word says "believe
the prophets and you shall prosper." As I said in the beginning this
is a trial balloon. I shared the word about safe houses. I have been
given very strong words about the exodus to come. I do not want to
miss God.

So there it is. Except music. I would like response about that as well.

<fontfamily><param>Arial</param>I am quite aware that many of you have
"suffered" the last week or so. I am more convinced now than ever that
the spirit of witchcraft has made many attempts to break fellowship,
harm relationships and grind people down. Last night I was up til well
after 1 and awakened at 5:30 this morning, knowing it was time to
pray. As I prayed for each one of you I sensed for many that the
battle had raged fiercely. Simple things had become difficult.
Sickness had raised it's ugly head. Finances had once again come under
attack.</fontfamily>

<fontfamily><param>Arial</param>My response to it, more than anything
is that coming together is vital. I have gathered a few scriptures
below for you to visit. Where else can we find refreshing but through
repentance? Where else can we confess our sins and therefore be
healed? Where else can we esteem others higher than ourselves? Where
else can we see Him bless when His children are in unity?</fontfamily>

<fontfamily><param>Arial</param>And with that in mind, let us come
together in fellowship and break bread together. I sense this would be
a good time to honor the body of Christ through communion. And I sense
as well offering up a prayer of unity and protection for this
community and come against this witchcraft that has tried to exalt
itself against the name of Jesus. Am I the only one who has
"forgotten" to war against some of these things?

Let us gather together on Tuesday with the thoughts of blessing God
and one another. Let each one of us prepare his or her heart and where
children are involved let us give them some simple instruction as
well. Let us help them to be all that God has planned for them as well.

Fellowship-John 13:34-45, Romans 12:9-10, 1 Thessalonians 4:9,1 John
3:18.

Tuesday Night

Hi folks:

We had a really good night last night. The food just keeps getting
better and better. I see relationships building that are going
outside of the realm of Tuesday nights. And that is part of the goal.
When relationships build outside the group, others will notice and we
will see people's lives changed.

Worship was good last night. Last night I think we made some progress
with introducing children into the worship. One of the highlights was
Grace dancing like a ballerina during worship.

I want to share something. For months and years I have watched people
struggle(Including myself) with feelings of loneliness, hurt and pain.
If we the church, can not get it right, realistically no one can. My
own issues have cause pain to others. Perhaps yours have as well.
Anger, words, arguments, etc., just make already difficult situations
worse. Can I ask 2 things to contemplate. How are we doing with
repentance and encouragement? And how is our prayer life for others?
Until we heal the hurts, we do not go further. I am one of those.

Yesterday, I just wanted to give up. The last week had revealed some
difficult things to me. Inability to repair a car properly left me
reeling. A low score on a test(I passed-just not very well.). Not
being able to get a job to take some of the pressure off our family
while I am building a business. Feeling like I am 51 and no future. If
I was smart I would have counted my blessings. But I did not. And I
failed. And added "grease" to the already slippery slope. I did talk
to my friends. I did make sure the house was clean and ready for last
night. But my mind jumped the track and I was in trouble. And when the
furnace gave me a problem and smoke filled the basement, I thought
"the life insurance will help out here." Not very right thinking. Like
each person, I come in contact with, I do not always do right things.
"Taking captive every thought that exalts itself against the name of
Jesus." I did not. My failure to do that causes me problems just like
it causes you problems. And yesterday my wrongful thinking did just
that.

Th question I need to ask is "am I safe place for people to share what
is really going on?" Confess our sins one to another that we might be
healed. I need to know that. And so do each one of us. Personally, I
could use some prayer today. I am struggling. The last few days has
been pretty rough. And pray for Tina. Not only did we have some
difficulties, but she has some other things that could use prayer.

Tuesday Night

Hi folks:

Last week our Tuesday night meeting went well here. We had a lot of
children and I think people had weathered some storms and came through
the other side. I shared this in last week's letter. It was from Kim
Clement. I think we are starting to see it.
<fontfamily><param>Verdana</param>God
says,<color><param>0000,0000,807E</param> "If you are prepared for it,
you better start doing something unusual, so that I can do something
unusual. You better do something crazy, so that I can do something
crazy because you're going to command My blessing."</color></fontfamily>

For this week, I would like us to focus on praying about Tuesday. I
sense God is wanting to change us in some realm. And while we are at
it, could we pray for one another? Aaron G. and Mike have been
fighting physical sickness. Randy and Jannette have had great times
with some serious attacks. They have requested prayer this week while
Randy is in Carolina. They miss Tuesday nights he said to say. Many
are contending in the financial realm. The Lord has been showing me
some things to release for breakthrough in these areas. One of these

Tuesday Night

Hi folks:

Last week our Tuesday night meeting went well here. I thought I wrote
about it but one of those recent blank emails went out. I am so sorry.
It was a very intimate time with both the spirit of the Lord and one
another. Things are starting to get deeper relationally here. People
are starting to "dive" into one another's lives a little more.
Relationship is one of the building blocks of the Christian community.
It is what the world is looking for, as well. If you are looking for
some "deeper relationships" then perhaps this can be a place for you.

One of the things I am noticing is people being exposed to love is
bringing two sides out. One side is almost "will you love me when I am
not so lovable" and the other is "this what I have been waiting for."
What's weird is most of us do not know how to accept the one side or
the other very well. It has revealed a clear dichotomy in my thinking
over how did the church handle "bad behavior." I know what the
traditional side of things has looked like, but I wanted to examine it
afresh. One of the things I came to believe is that we the "church"
have to provide a safe place for everyone. So, if you really had a BAD
day and did a lot of not so wonderful things, you "force" us into a
position of love and how to approach you. One is we will never want to
be a place of embarrassment for you. So, I will believe the same
spirit that got you here to other believers can quicken you as to what
is wrong. We do not have to "expose" your sin. You on the other hand
have a biblical responsibility to confess your sin to another that you
might be healed. (Is that one of the reasons so many are sick? Oh
yeah-And repentance brings times of refreshing. Not feeling
refreshed...) We need to pray for you if it is not a sin unto death.
We need to approach you in meekness less we encounter the same sin.
You have a biblical response to make things right before your worship
before you bring your "gift" to the altar. I know about the 1-2-3-out
the door approach to confronting sin that the bible outlines. I am in
the middle of one with someone right now. I have approached them and
wait for their response. Have you ever looked at how that really
works? Interesting study. We as a body of believers have a
responsibility to love. So many are angry that I encounter every day.
Anger takes away our love, our energy, our health. What if we purpose
to be the ones that s-l-o-w down the pace? That love can prevail. Each
one who is fighting for finance, there is a lot being said about it.
(I am meditating on the word below.) Tina and I are moving to this
place. Just 5 minutes ago I received a call from a 90 year old prayer
warrior. He said "Lee-I am coming to visit you. I need to talk to you.
Are you OK? What is going on in Springfield. You have been on my heart
for 2 weeks.") In the past I have seen people quake at his prayer. I
have seen oil puddle up in his hands. But I have not seen him or
talked to him for over 3 years. He just disappeared. Now he wants to
come here to talk.

The last few weeks some awfully incredible things have happened here
in the community. Where can someone buy a 50,000 square foot building
for 18K? Just 2 weeks ago it happened. Some friends of mine bought
this large place and asked me to walk through it with them. Today I
have a meeting with a eastern unbeliever. He has written me to get
together. October this year can be the counter action to the years of
the devil and his halloween. This weekend we saw a witch "bound" tree
in a yard. Some of us believe that is prophetic here in Springfield.

There seems to be a lot in the air about this, so let's look at it.

Hi folks:

I am floating a trial balloon of sorts. I want and need some feedback.

There seems to be a lot of conversation about a "church" that would
begin in Springfield . Many conversations and words about Springfield
have led us to this consideration place. So, let's review this. What
does it look like? I assure you what we think it looks like is like
nothing around here. Why? Because we believe that it represents a
return to the first years of the disciples. We do not see a lot of
what exists in church today, that most of us agree, is what it really
was. Without going too deep in this letter, we want to share our heart
with you. We have spoken to a group of people who believe in us,
Springfield and what God wants to do here. We have had many promises
for Springfield that have not been fulfilled. Tina and I are going
back to what we know best. If you would like to hear some of the
recent words we have received for Springfield please let us know. At
the same time this needs to be "on you," because much of our words
include taking people to the region, so we would not be available
every weekend. And we are not asking for "preachers," but people who
want to work at what their callings are.

Those that have seen our thoughts for NEST or the way Tuesday night
Deeper Relationships is unfolding know what we believe and where we
would like it to be.

Our thoughts are simple.

Teaching-an evening meeting devoted to teaching of the word. A place
for new believers and mature believers. (If we have guest speakers
from time to time this will be their place.)

And before you go "NO WAY!" My "survey" of many of you has indicated
that Sunday morning messages are not necessarily "changing" your life.

This would be our precursor to our NEST training center. We hope it to
be a model for NEST plants as well.

Last night and Safe house

Hi folks:

Last night just proved what I believe the Lord said could be. A place
of safety. We had a great time. Once again the food was excellent.
Numbers got exchanged. People plugged in with the children and so I
hope your view was a positive one as well. I think everyone received
prayer. A proper "dating" night!

The word I received was that there would be "safe houses" for the
coming exodus. Healthy places able to minister balm to the needy. My
hope is that as the presence of God continues to show up, people will
not want to miss a Tuesday, but not because we have to, because we
want to. We want to get to the place of safety and anointing where you
will feel comfortable bringing a friend.

That is my heart. That Tuesdays builds relationship for sharpening of
iron, etc. It also made me realize that we will see the next couple
of phases happening soon. We will be reviewing the training center and
the business fellowship part of NEST.

Healing-It seemed like we had a lot of people "absent" last night
because of sickness, etc. We prayed for you guys.October 15-18 there
is a powerful healing conference I want to attend. I think it gels my
position on sickness and healing. Meaning I have seen too few healed
for the amount I see prayed for. I have been reading the book and seen
the change in my physical being. (Many of you remember the inability I
had getting out of bed, etc.)

Finances-many have come under attack in the area of finance. We are
all standing side by side in this. Someone asked about some of our
"expenses." Our expenses are paid by those who offer and tithe into
this ministry. Tina and I believe in the principles of giving and I
think you all do as well. We give not only into this ministry but give
"up." We can only do here on Tuesday nights(Meaning, paper goods,
etc.) and travel what the budget allows for. We have dedicated our
home to the Lord and it is his house. We recently added a business
dimension to our ministry. This supplies money as participation grows
directly into the ministry. The service is a usable one. So, when you
purchase this service you directly benefit PCF Ministries. Business,
schools, ministries and individuals have enjoyed this service for over
30 plus years. It still costs less than a tank of gas. We hope to see
other ministries embrace this .

Building relationships

Hi folks:

Looking forward to seeing everyone tonight.

I feel that because of some "miscommunications" that I want to just
talk about what I see our Tuesday night for.

I called this Deeper Relationships because I do not want to play
church. This is not "church" but being the church. That means each one
of us brings us to the table. Each one of us has a specific need that
the lord wants us to fill. Our vertical(with God) blessing and
relationship is largely contingent on our horizontal(with one another)
blessing and relationships. And the purpose of Tuesday night is to be
"dating service." I do not expect everyone to get everything out of
Tuesday night. What my heart is, is that you will find someone to
"date." Someone you can connect with during the week. Getting
together and drinking a coffee, or sharing some scripture or praying
for one another. Is that not what our "poll" showed? That you wanted
relationships? And through the process of building relationships you
will strengthen the church and be strengthened.

I am saying this so it does not begin to "look" like what we said we
do not want. Deeper Relationships are "painful" sometimes. To think we
do not have time for "pain" or avoid things is not relating as Jesus
did. But i am talking about relationship with purpose. Purposed to
edify and encourage. Purposed to be who God called us to be. So many
of us are "not" where we ant to be. Years ago the Lord showed me I am
right where I want to be by my choices. Don't you and I want to make
better choices? Would we have gone down the paths we did if we knew
some of the things we know now? I see through a glass darkly and so do
you. But as we encircle that glass together we "see" more better!

And if you invited me to a picnic and told me to bring the food and I
showed up empty handed we would not eat. It is the same with praying
with one another. We need to to understand that each one of us has the
ability to bless one another with our gifts. Let us not come thinking
we are without gifts and offerings. We want to be like Yogi Bear and
bring that piiiiiiiicnic basket! Right BooBoo?

I am a little bit selfish about Tuesday. Tina and I need prayer. We
need "help." We need our phones to ring. We need you!

Is anyone exactly like me? do you have the same needs as someone else?
Probably not. We can have a parents with children group, a singles
group, a recovery group, but that is not what many of us want right
now. We want Deeper Relationships. And that will include singles,
teens and adults. How do children or teens "grow" without learning to
be around adults? How do the "old" stay young without kids? How do the
singles learn about marriage without watching it in motion? How do
couples learn to be better without older couples? I think it is more
likely caught than taught.

Personally, I want people on the move, but I have learned how to be
with people who are not "moving."

I received a lot of words yesterday from a prophet. Part of the word
went like this. The Lord is preparing a church for an exodus. Many
will leave traditional places. It will not happen until there is a
place to exodus to. A place of provision and miracles. And all the
Hebrew people walked through that wilderness. They were on a mission.
Let us not be derailed by the same things that caused them problems.
We need to be that safe place. It is not that we necessarily will
agree with everything each one does, but we can still be a safe house.

Let us love one another as Jesus loved us.

Tuesday night coming up!

Tuesday night comments and thanks

Hi folks:

Thanks for being there for the first "Deeper Relationships" gathering.
Over 20 people showed.

(We need your input-see below.)

One of the concerns was food. You guys did awesome! Kudos for the
great vittles.

Thank you Jannette, Randy and Matt for the worship. We all agreed that
somewhere about halfway through the second song, God manifested His
presence in a wonderful way. And as I overheard the praying for one
another, I was encouraged and hope you were. We had people who are
just vying for something greater than getting together.

My prayer has been that there would be a "stickiness" of God
manifested in this Tuesday meeting where it would be harder to not be
there,

Some thoughts.

Many of us came hungry and thirsty for the Lord to show up. One of my
hopes out of Tuesday night is that we will want to show up and we will
want to be part of the process. Remember we are trying to break away
from the "go to church and get something and go home home" mode. We
want to be used by God with our brothers and sisters and then bring it
to the communities we live in. If not the gathering will be peter out.
So, please don't just come expecting, but come with a willingness to
give. Most of us have said we want a "safe" place to bring friends. If
it is the same old, it will never work.

Deeper relationships has a 2 level meaning. It signifies how close we
get to God but it also has an implication that we build relationships
with one another. It is a biblical statement that we do not forsake
the gathering of the brethren. Often really good for getting people to
church, but how about during the week. So many of us have busy
schedules, but if we do not "sacrifice" for one another what happens?
Experience tells me children walk away from the Lord, marriages
weaken, sickness increases and finances lack if we do not figure these
things out. (Each one of those is provable in scripture.) We must not
wrongly discern the body of Christ. (1 Cor. 11-Isn't it possible it is
more meaningful than "communion?") If we don"t figure out some way of
being in communication with one another other than Tuesday night,
Tuesday night will probably be rendered meaningless. at some point.
Get together with someone you met last night.

One of the biggest complaints of children in the church is that they
do not think we walk out our Christianity. They often sense hypocrisy.
The greatest 2 commandments were love God and love thy neighbor. I
feel that we must get this right in the case of loving one another. In
the case of the children, they need to know the love of adults. It
provides safety and comfort for them. We want more relationship with
God. Each day I meet with people of God for the purpose of building
bridges and strengthening relationships. People want to see real
relationships.

What would our communities look like if we began to reach out for
relationships?

Prayer-please keep LuAnn in prayer as she spent a lot of time in the
hospital over what appeared to be heart related. (The reason her and
Jim weren't there.)

Tuesday night meeting begins 9/19 Clarifiers and time

Hi local folks-

Meal-Bring a dish for you and a portion for one other. I am not sure
how else to communicate it. If you eat one sandwich, bring a second so
that if we have another person who has no food we can share.. We
should tell you-you can use our grill if you want and we have a
stove-no oven-it is broken, but we can do a mean microwave if you
bring a casserole or something. Salads are good. And bring a drink. We
will have water and ice tea.

Music-I am looking for people who would not mind playing a keyboard or
strumming a guitar to invite the presence of the Lord upon us. Let me
know if you would be interested in bringing your gift in this realm.
We are working on getting an amplifier to use for this and we have a
small keyboard.

Meal and meeting begins at 6PM.

Side note-for the last week or so not a day goes by without me
connecting with an unbeliever. Today was no different. I picked up a
hitch hiker and ende up discussing the Lord with him. I pray you get
the same opportunity.

YOUNG PEOPLE-How many have the heart of the Lord for youth? I am
unraveling some thoughts as part of Deeper Relationships and NEST. If
this is you, let me know. I think if enough of us got together on this
we could change some things. And we could have some awesome fun. And

Tuesday night meeting begins 9/19

Hi local folks-

Next week we will begin our deeper relationship meetings here at the
house. This will be on Tuesdays. We will be having a meal, worship and
prayer. The major prayer focus will be praying for one
another(Everyone gets prayer) with an emphasis on FINANCE for you.
Most are saved and healed but when I do altar calls, it is usually
about 99% with 1% reserved for those who have pride and never come up
for an altar call.

We will have a meal, It will be a pot blessing. Rule is simple. Bring
enough for your family need in one dish and one other. I expect that
we will have others who do not have money showing.

Children-we have no "childcare" but I believe having food will be ok
with them. Most children are great during worship and times of prayer,
so I believe we will be ok here. There will be no teaching in this
meeting.

We will identify prayer needs and pursue them. I may post a white
board with prayer requests and you can add as we go along. The
emphasis though, is seeing people healthy and prosperous.

(Many of you saw that Todd Bentley had a heart attack this week. There
are root causes to all illness and his is no different. Begin to
believe for healing for him and for those that gather with us on
Tuesday.)

Deeper Relationships

I alluded to my heart with my last NEST posting about deeper
relationships.

A few days ago I received a word. The third word in a week. (Those that
know me know I am not "looking" for words, they just seem to find me.)
It was a relatively difficult word for me. It had to do with things
that I had done and other things I had not done. Kind of like Paul's
dissertation in Romans. It was not just about being in sin but doing
good things with good being the enemy of God. My "sin" was not blatant
nor would most people have noticed it. It was about doing things the
Lord had not called me to do and not doing what He had called me to do.
I am struggling. I am fortunate that I have built some strong
relationships over the years and I was able to call upon a few of them
yesterday and today.

Why are relationships so important? I think Jesus summed it up when He
said to "love the Lord with all your heart and to love your neighbor."
So often I encounter people who are really great in their relationship
with the Lord but not "so hot" with their neighbors. Others float
around from relationship to relationship not really engaging the Lord.
And few find the "balance" in life. But it is said "that they will know
we are Christians by our love," so how do we do that?

I can only believe we can do it by approaching it from a biblical
perspective and the willingness to build relationships. I took an
online test this morning. Part of it revealed that people who do not
have solid relationships (That is plural!) add "extra" years to their
chronological age, meaning that without real relationships a person of
50 years old, is actually "55" or so because of the stress and lack of
solid relationships. And that actually is a potential risk for removing
real years from one's life.

The biblical perspective is that we love one another. Not a love that
sees one another on Sunday only (Let's be real, greeting one another
while the pastor shifts from music to preaching does not build
relationships.) and has no connection during the week and believes
that's relationship that you will turn to when your life goes sour. A
gathering where people worship and pray and break bread. And build
relationships by making commitments. And that word commitment is
important. I think if you checked with some of my friends you would
find that I call pretty regularly. The other day I received a call from
a friend of many years. Out of the clear blue sky. This is someone is
very unlikely to call me though I call them pretty regularly. And it
was extremely welcome.

God created us for relationship-designed us to link with one another.
And if we feel strongly about our connection to the Lord then we ought
to feel as strongly about our relationship to one another. God is love
and we manifest that when we love one another, releasing the kingdom of
God.

How do we do this?
First we must become aware that it is important to God, to our future
and to our own spirituality. Then we must commit to it. We do not need
nor can we maintain dozens of relationships on this level, but we must
develop and maintain a few. These are relationships that in my life, I
plan to last for life, either theirs or mine. And then we must devote
time to it. It all works out to a little acronym I discovered called
A(ware) C(ommit) T(ime).

And all of this needs a place to begin. And that is my next thinking
process. I will be working on this.

What do I think this will look like? What happens when we come together
to relate with one another? One of the key things about being in
relationship is trust. I have to trust before I reveal my inner
secrets. Now I know there is a lot of teaching that we should be "dead"
to one's self and we can tell each other anything and care little about
what people think. On the other hand for me to be in the place of
"confessing" my sin so that I might be healed, there needs to be some
degree of "safety." Having said that, relationships are built by
commitment to others. The Bible tells us to esteem others higher than
ourselves. It also tells us to believe the best of one another. Now if
we just go out and set "rules" in motion we easily end up with
religiosity and no one wants that. Me, I am looking for revelation with
encounter. I am not looking for another meeting.

Many have been in touch with me who need more relationship. Many want
to worship. Many want to gather. Many want the safety and the
encouragement of gathering. Only last week I received word that I was
to gather again. I confess that as I review what comes out of this, I
have some fear and trepidation. I also recognize that this is unfounded
in some respects. What do I do with this? I think about adults and then
I think about children and those that have them. That places greater
requirements on these thoughts. I have thought about the lack of
gifting I have in so many areas. I think most of us are not looking to
be taught, as we have more than enough knowledge, but we are looking
for a place to worship and share our gifts. The other dynamic is that
we want these gifts to be used to promote His Kingdom. That means
connecting with the world. How many of you have said I would be more
bold, more evangelistic...if I had a safe place to "put" them.

It all comes down to building relationship. How many of you would want
to be "part" of something that is relationship building? I would like
to hear from you. Many of us go through the motions of going to church
or don't even go regularly because we don't want something dry. This is
not about being a Bible study, or hearing a good word. THere are times
and seasons for that. This about building relationships so that we can
see unity come. I am not naive about the costs of time, nor of the
uphill battle this would be. But if relationship is high on God's
priorities, then it ought to be on ours. And when something is
priority, it moves to the top of the list. This is not about stopping
the sin or saving the world, but it might be. Why? Because if we
destroy the root of those things that hurt us and keep us held back,
then the rest of the fruit of that tree will go. I am always more
likely not to sin, when I feel good about myself, or I feel productive,
or I feel His presence. And I am most likely to sin when I do not feel
encouraged, or hurt or that I am not seeing His Kingdom come.

So, what do you think? Isn't it time we got serious about the Kingdom
of God and began to build relationships? And let go of the hurt and the
pains of broken ones? Isn't it time to apply the rules of the Kingdom
here in our town and our area?

A few days ago I became concerned over this article. It was about a
rash of burglaries in Springfield.

It bothered me. Why? Because I have a small store and my own home. I
felt the Lord prick my heart about prophesying the stop to the end of
this. Even as recently as last night I was sharing with a young man
about the changes that come by prophesying the things that aren't as
though the are.

Springfield's PCF Meeting at Lake George

I am planning a small gathering in Lake George of people I feel are
being called to work with us locally in Springfield. This meeting will
be in Lake George in October. We are planning a Friday night to Sunday
excursion for the purpose of building team. This meeting will be held
in Silver Bay, NY. You can view the location at www.silverbay.org. We
will most likely be taking the TRINITY. We will be making reservations
fairly soon-SO I need to hear from you if A-you are interested. We
will be mailing out a date in the next 48 hours. We will be there
Fri-Sun. I NEED TO HEAR FROM YOU WHEN THE DATE IS SENT OUT! We will be
spending the time worshipping, fellowshipping, praying and
strategizing. Between now and then we need & covet your prayers. This
is the beginning of a team that will work in the Springfield area.

Please note-this is not the REGIONL meeting of NEST being held in
November.

This weekend will be for husbands and wives(Please communicate if I
only have one address!). No children unless your child is like 1,
please. I know you will have questions, so please write me. Or respond
on the blog(Could we get in the habit of looking to the blogs? I think
it will be easier for each of us.).

Between now and then we will be working on what the local church looks
like including the training center.

Beautiful weather, great friends and time together!

On Friday morning, Tina and I hit the road. Leaving Springfield about
9:30, we began a route to Maine with no highways. A 4.5 hour highway
trip became a 7 hour road trip. As we toured through the back roads of
NH, we encountered little traffic or construction. Wending our way up
along the edges of the "notches" of NH and Mt. Washington, the
temperature never really got above 85. But it was blue skies and lots
of sun. We finally reached Route 2 in Maine and it began to get dark. A
shower began and as we pulled over for rain gear (Not reindeer.) As
Tina geared up the rain stopped and the sun returned. About 4 we pulled
into Waterville and "bedded" down for the night. (The Chinese food was
not all that hot!)

The next day we had breakfast with a minister friend of ours and after
great food and conversation, we were off to "Bawh Hawbah." Wed rove
mostly highway to get there and then cruised around til lunch time
visiting a cool art and antique gallery on the coast. (As the owner
astutely recognized, "Guess you won't be buying much furniture." But it
was a cool place so we hung out for a while. Then off to a burger and
lobstah joint called Ruth & Wimpy's. It was pretty nice outside so we
waited for my brother to show up out on the deck. Lobster and corn were
being cooled in big buckets over open fires and a 6' lobster guarded
the parking space. His name-Wilbur. We have a funny picture of him. We
will post later. Then a huge rain shower that lasted all the time I was
paying the bill, which was a long time.

After seeing my brother we lollygagged back down back roads of Maine.
All roads seemed to go down, so either we started on the tall end of
Maine or it is true, North is higher than South. We arrived back at
"camp," and just kicked back the rest of the day except for a short
trip to grab some munchies. Yesterday morning we packed(Oh-when you
have a bike, packing is swift and easy!) and attended church at a
friend's church. Worship was sweet (WOW!) and we had a wonderful time
there. I was allowed a few words(Helmet hair, jeans and Hawaiian
shirt.) and I had been hearing all weekend, "get a grip," so I spoke of
it.

Get a grip. The Lord is ready for His bride to grip onto Him in love.
It used to be that f we agreed about the cross, the blood and
salvation, we were in unity, but I felt the Lord saying that if His
people will come together in love with Him, and grip that, we will see
the changes we are looking for. Ironically, all the pews were pretty
empty on one side. I "joked" about the fact that it was like going to a
bad wedding where no one is on the groom's side. As the words left my
mouth, I realized that I like so many others I have preferred the
company of my friends over my company with the Lord. So "get a grip" on
loving Him made more sense.

We had a great lunch with our friend and a hug goodbye we went on our
way to come home. Ironically, we got caught in traffic and I said to
Tina, this is what it is to be a "natural" Christian without the help
of the supernatural. People get all twisted up and jockey for the next
few inches when the Lord just wants them to fly. I said I really need
to contemplate a change, because being with others and being able to
minister out of love sure beat "being in traffic."

Prayers answered and news

Carol's surgery was successful. Thank you for your prayers.

Tina and I will be leaving town tomorrow morning on our bike for
Maine. It is some vacation time. We will be visiting with ministry
friends in Waterville and just north of their at the Broadview Acres
with Andy Harvey. Many of you will remember "Big" Andy from his days
with James Levesque. He recently pastored the New Britain Revival
Center. He is heading up BA. You can read a little about this ministry
thearcenter.org and click on ARC school. We also may see Jamie Dickson
from CRAVE. He is a 19 year old pastor.

also be visiting my brother who recently visited his hand with a table
saw losing fingers in the process. So, we will see him in Bar Harbor.
We have other friends there, so we shall see.

Many have thanked us for gathering with worship. We will be doing this
again shortly(And again and again!), so keep posted here.

Please keep this ministry "JESUS FREAK RACING" in prayer. (See
picture) as it one of our close friends and PCF is going to most
likely take them under our wing to promote the Gospel in a realm where
most Christians are not. The drag strip. We are also going to help
them fund raise the final $3,000 to get this project done. Jim has
already invested over 25K into this project.

There are some major moves hly discontent going on here, as people
want worship, but they want more than that. So keep praying!

One more note-Water Main Breaks

Last night as we drove home, Main Street in front of our former
storefront church was all lit up. Why? Because a water main had burst.
A water main on Main. We sang a song last night about deep calling to
deep. I was instantly reminded of the scriptures where the fountains
of the earth broke loose, as the flood began. Where is Noah? Where are
the righteous? In this time many of us have struggled with finances
and the like. I believe God is telling us that as we gather close to
Him He will sustain us.

The breaking loose of water from vessels that contain, may in fact be
no more as the Lord breaks His river free from the confinements of
tradition and religion. Once again we will see the well poured out in
Springfield. Unbelievers are waiting for us to come forth. The Ark
provided shelter from the storm. God will provide us shelter from the
storm.

A Night Of Worship-WOW!

Last night can be summed up in one word-WOW! With over 20 people in
attendance it was a great night. Cathyann and Chris opened their home
for dance and worship and yes, dessert. We are thankful for their
hearts that were open, There were 5 of us on the worship team and it
just came out great. Others have already asked, "when?" Our next
meeting of any kind is located on pcfnest.blogspot and wewill be
devoting our attention to that shortly. That is a group coming
together to go regionally.

So, this morning we will let WOW! sustain us.

A Night Of Worship-Tomorrow night is the big night!

Tomorrow night is the big night!

We have a good worship team. There will be 5 people playing and we
have some young people playing. I hope you can make it. Feel free to

The meeting will start at 7:30 and the worship team will be gathering
at 6 to get set up and pray.

We will have dessert and if you can bring something that will be cool.
Preferably, light things like fruit and ice cream, because we want you
to have a blessed day and not one slaving over the oven. Chris and

The dynamics of the church

As PCF turns the corner into the future, there are many things that are
happening. One of those things will be that for right now, I will be
leaving updates here so that you might follow the changes. One of those
changes that after 11 years of doing our website, I am handing the
"keys" to some one with fresh ideas and a graphics background. (And
everyone said "Amen!")

Some bullets:

Local church-we are working with many people right now to develop a
church that will carry the weight and bring those people together who
desire to see His Kingdom come here and to take that message elsewhere.
Regional-Tina and I will be working hard our our new regional team we
will be calling NEST. This is a ministry devoted to teams traveling
throughout the New England area.
International-Out of this local and regional team we will move people
to both existing and soon to be existing international works.
Business-There will be a group of business people coming together who
will develop this part of the ministry. This will include startups,
inventing and reaching out, as well as a source of supply.

A Night Of Worship-Following up

Thanks to those of you who have had the time to respond to this
letter. (Some of you are really far away and unless you are in the
area I did not expect you, but wanted you to feel included. Others,
as i mentioned are going to be in Mt. Snow. We are going to have a
great time and for those of us crying out for something local that has
to do with worship, I hope you will be there.

A Night Of Worship Tuesday August, 8th, here in Springfield, Vermont
at 7:30PM.

We told you things were going to be happening and Tuesday night will
be one of the first fruits type of meetings. We realize many will be
at Mount Snow, but here in Springfield, we will be pouring out the
worship.Many have cried out for this worship and so we are believing
for a great time.

We will be meeting at the home of Chris & Cathyann Adams. They have
been sent here by the Lord and have a heart for this city. An anointed
worship leader, named Brandon will be taking us into the heavenlies. I
assure you this 22 year old vessel of God will bring forth the Lord's
heart and it will be worth it.

You will need to write me or call me so I can get a count and give you
the directions. You are welcome to invite others AS LONG as you let me
know! And if a husband or a wife receives this, it does include your
spouse. Some of you will receive additional letters from me about
playing.
