New Year's Weekend

Dear Friends:

As we approach the threshold of 2007, I can already sense a change in
the region and in the world. I will be writing about that tomorrow.
There is a changing of the guard...

I am hoping each of you has a great weekend and day off.

Aaron will be out of service tomorrow. Continue to keep him in prayer.
His recovery was a little rougher than he expected. I think we will
just use CD's tomorrow. Be praying for Mike and Aaron as we are going
to begin our own changing of the guard transition.

We received 2 responses to emails I sent out already. I will keep you
up to date on these.

January 27th ARC meeting. Need to get responses to plan trip. I did not
receive any responses to this. I also know many of you have been busy,
so let me know.

Love,
Lee & Tina

Tonight

Dear Friends:

Hope you all had a great Christmas day with friends and family. One of
the coolest(hardest parts) of the day was when my daughter brought a
DVD one of my nephews had made of my stepmom and Dad. The first tears
since my Dad's death for him nearly 9 years ago.

Anyways we are on for tonight and look forward to seeing you.

Retreat

Dear Friends:

The one thing I forgot to address earlier, is I would like to plan a
Fri. night-Saturday "retreat" here. I need to get a handle on how many
would be interested in January. I will be planning another Lake George
Retreat in the early spring but I feel like maybe Singing Hills for a 2
day retreat. I will get prices in the next day or so, but would like
some feedback. I think all of us have found the results of spending
time together to be a prequisite for feeling good.

Thanks!

Love,
Lee & Tina

Christmas Party

Folks:

I want to remind each of you about the Christmas party on Tuesday
night. Hopefully, we can each bring something. After last week I expect
it to be a joyous time. I hope you will all get a babysitter. Tina will
be home tomorrow night and in church on Sunday and will arrange
whatever fine details need to be done. If you have suggestions, please
t us know.

And if you are receiving this, it is because we would like to have you
there.

We love you.

Many of you were there on Tuesday as I shared about the couple I
prophesied over in their home. Here is the beginning of the fruit.
We(As a group) so dearly need each one of you to pray, to love and to
deepen our relationships with one another. This is a letter I received
this morning from the man.

hi lee, hope this finds all's well in your world. thanks so much for
your e-mail. it was printed out and given to my brother yesterday
afternoon. will let him read it, and get back to me today. on a wild
guess, what do you think we could get for the breakfront, snowblowers,
and lawn mower? my brother has stepped down as co-excecutor giving me
room to move. but i am still keeping him in the loop so there will be
less conflict down the road. he likes the idea of less stuff going to
the landfill. i am sorry i did not e-mail you yesterday, but i promised
lizzy i would stay off the computer and the phone yesterday. i was
wound way too tight. this is the last thing i can do for my dad, and it
will be done to the very best of my abilities. i loved my parents. when
they adopted me, they took me out of a life style that would have
killed me. i carry many passions partly due to an addictive personality
which has it's own potholes. i have been clean for 20 years and sober
for 8 . thankfully i got together with lizzy. it's amazing what love
can do. she still put up with a lot until, thru our love, i kind of
found myself. i owe her so much. it looks like i am going to owe you a
lot also. you touched buttons in me. not many people have done that. on
1 hand, i would have fingers left over after the count. i believe in
you and your ways. i am coming up saturday morning with my daughter and
the boys i spoke of to start the process. i would appreiciate a little
guidance on getting things started on the right foot. if you send me an
e-mail this morning, i will call you when it's a good time for you, my
phone has free long distance. please have a great day and hope to talk
soon. thanks ever so much-lee

Something to share

Folks:

For years I have struggled with why don't we "get it." I have asked
myself often what it is that Jesus did. We have Him so being more
anointed, etc. could not be the answer. While reading Donald Trump's
newest book, <underline>Rich Dad, Poor Dad</underline> Robert Kiyosaki
spoke of how people learn. For years I have said that if you do role
playing or "push" people into the foray, good things happen. And over
the years many have "criticized" my style. Well, as I read this book I
realized why. If we do not have an interactive church in the coming
days( As I fully believe Jesus did.) we are going to get the same
results as we have been. Minimal in many respects. So Trump and
Kiyosaki spoke of the Cone of Learning. So, I am sending you one. it
is time to push the limits of what we know. Look how little reading is
retained. On the other hand if we took that scripture and began to
use, it would bring our retention to 70%. If we simulate it 90%.

I thought you would think this funny!

Folks:

This morning was totally awesome...We had a wonderful time in the
Lord. The release of prophetic words(Soon to be posted on the blog.
See below) were quite exciting. Something is shifting. We had a new
family show up. Two in two weeks.

Some everyday news...Our offering is increasing(And so is our giving!)
and we are thankful for the space we have at the Springfield S&L. we
have been supporting Project Feed The Thousands, SE Coleman in
Guatemala, and are making donations this month to His Mansion, a faith
based home for addicts and alcoholics and the Apostolic Resource
Center. For those of you who like to give online, we can accept
payments of tithes and/or offerings at Paypal.com. Simply use our
address for Paypal by selecting "send money" and then using the email
address of lee@pocafministries.org.

Also, our Pre-Paid Legal initiative has born fruit for the ministry
and that is helping us as well. Visit
http://vermontel.net/~servant/ministryopportunity/ We hope to have
more become involved helping the ministry prosper while providing
great services for your home and business.

We met with our people about transition yesterday and will be sharing
some of that on Tuesday night. Hope you all can be there. We also
would like to have an "adult" Christmas party, simply meaning no
children. While we recognize that may be difficult, perhaps we can
find a person to watch the children. It just seems like there is no
real time for a lot of you parents to get "adult" time.

Looking forward to seeing as many of you as we can on Tuesday night.

And finally what I think is funny...Here is a letter from one of our
SC friends who is on our list....

Lee,

I'm so (tooooo) busy that I haven't even checked my E-mail (at home)
for about two weeks!! But when I read this note I turned to Steven
and said "you know that's exactly what the Body needs, spiritual
pajama parties"!! I love to party and especially to laugh and there is
nothing like staying up all night to laugh and pray and BOND!! I'm so
jealous!! Would sure love to be there with you and we may have to
plan to just come up there for a long weekend. . .ya' think??

We love and miss you guys, and certainly appreciate your letters and
prayers.

Gotta run!

Yer sister in CHRIST,

</italic>
